Absolutely the worst Culver’s I have ever eaten at. My family gets food from here every Friday after farm chores. Every time without fail something is forgot and messed up. Never eat here. Absolute horrible management and quality control

i ordered through door dash, while knowing there aren’t many dashers in town, i was expecting my food to be here within a 20-30 minute range. i knew it would be a little longer, which is fine. but what isn’t fine is paying over 25 dollars for curds & pretzel bites to be delivered cold. literally cold. i’m just sadly disappointed in culver’s because this is my first bad experience. i do not blame the dasher, at all! it’s the company’s job to make sure customers get hot & fresh food. just be better when it comes to door dash too.
we ended up warming our food up, so yes it looks better in the picture but that IS NOT how we received it. and yes i did eat some pretzel bites as i waited almost 2 hours for my food. again no hate to the dasher, they were very kind.

Food is hit or miss. Service is consistently very slow. Drive thru orders are bumped up so that they can get closer to their goal of 260 seconds or 4 minutes 20 seconds. It says this on their computer screen on a printed note. This might be why the service for carryout is way slower than the app will tell you. New Glarus Culver’s will almost always be 10-30 minutes after the listed ready time on the order. Last time it was 23 minutes. Today it was 19 and the food was cold.

Being local, I come here more often that I like to admit. The food always tastes fresh and hot, service is fast and friendly, and ice cream is the best. Want to give a special shout out to Scott in the drive-thru though. It always makes my day when I see he is working the window. He always has a smile on his face and carries such a positive attitude, it’s contagious. Hr makes the most of the short moments in the drive-thru to actually talk to you and make you feel special instead of just rushing you through. Wish we had more people like him in the world.

So it is Culver’s, home of the fresh made fast food. We were wrapping up our time in WI and wanted to see the New Glarus Brewing Co, and we should not have been surprised to see a Culver’s in their town.
We were towing our RV, the generous parking lot allowed us to block a few parking spots while awe walked into order. Food was fresh made and hot!
So if you are passing through like us, you can grab a meal.

I’ve lived just around the corner for 28 years. I go back there because they are unfortunately, the only game in town. I have always ordered the same thing, a double deluxe basket and a double cheeseburger with the works. It amazes me that they keep finding new ways to screw up that order. This time the buns and the fries were stale also. I’ve been to dozens of Culver’s around the Midwest and this one is without a doubt absolutely the worst Culver’s I have ever been to.

Constantly undeserving the icecream at this location. Have had multiple diffrent flavors of the day that are always not right. Today was the last time I’ll support this store. Compare the two pictures. It’s been that same way over 5 times. Ridiculous

Worst customer service experience. They put Culver’s (which is usually a great restaurant) to shame. Everybody that ordered after us got their ice cream before us. It took over 15 minutes to get it.

The last two times I’ve ordered from this location, we’ve ordered the exact same thing both times. First time they gavemea single burger and I got charged for a double. Just tonight, They “forgot” two orders of fries. When charging $27 for 4 chicken strips, a double mushroom and swiss, 3 orders of fries, 2 rootbeers and a coke. The least you can do is make sure the order is complete. FYI, I don’t want to drive back for 2 orders of fries. 2 times in a row…. not going to see me back.

Stopped for their frozen custard. Cone sizes were larger than expected bit Sundays smaller than we thought.
