They consistently get my order wrong and typically give me custard that is half melted. I ordered fish with two sides and got shrimp with one side and not even the one I asked for. The mini concrete mixer turned out to be a single scoop of vanilla. The chocolate with brownie pieces had cookie dough instead. Initially they completely forgot the ice cream and drink we ordered AND they gave me the receipt showing all of the correct items listed. I live nearby and have used this location for years. They have severely gone down hill with order accuracy.

You can never go wrong with Culver’s. Very underrated. As far as fast food goes, it’s hard to beat the butter burgers, cheese curds and chicken strips (especially buffalo,) from Culver’s.

Stopped here because my partner was hungry after a hike at New Glarus State Park. The place was clean and had nice outdoor seating. When we went the service was very slow but they apologized for the wait and they got the order right. Plenty of parking and right off the main road.

Had to repeat the order 2xs in the drive thru. Unless specified during the order all sandwiches are to be double so why ask “single or double” do your job the right way and things will be much smoother! Order was incorrect! From the drinks to the burgers ordered. And the person taking the order was coughing the whole time.

Good ole culvers, great food and great root beer. My one complaint, the pints to go! I bought four pints of crazy for cookie dough and each pint had maybe 5 cookie dough peices. I’m SO sad! Can you please just offer regular cookie dough with the bountiful cooked dough us fanatics are used to? TIA!!!
