After a long day of running around at Middleton Highschool. I needed a quick meal before running home. The speaker boy assisted me with my financials, deciding between two butter burgers or a quad patty butter burger. I was informed the four patty butter burger was cheaper and my meal for the night. After ripping that tight seal off the cardboard, I saw it! Three paddies on my quad burger. Whether it be incompetence or a missed button pressed I was livid. After consumption of the measly butter burger I was not even close to being satiated. Overall experience 3/4.

I am from the Northeast and was interested in a butterburger. Culvers was highly suggested and it didn’t disappoint. This is a different style of fast food where the burgers taste like actual burgers and toppings were fresh. I got the cheese curds, and they were delightful as they were fried perfectly and not overly salty. Culver’s Rootbeer had a nice flavor. athe custard was the real treat. I had chocolate and it was creamy and tasted like good ice cream.
This location had great service. They treated me with kindness and were very friendly and patient with us newbees ordering! Even offered to buy a custard for my friend who didn’t order one but was on the fence to try it. This service is not seen at all back East. Was completely refreshing to experience!

The consistency of the quality has gone down. Now it seems like it depends on what time you swing by! Will reflect in the quality of food you get to me… but it seems like different shifts, take more pride! in the quality! of food they put out than others.

Have been to this place multiple times and they always seem to mess up my order . No big deal people make mistakes but the other day I had to wait 15+ mins for just a shake and some fries because they forgot my order. I asked them about my order and they said that they didn’t have an order for that until I literally had to give them my receipt. Probably would’ve had to do way more for just a shake and fries if I didn’t have my receipt .

Went through the drive through tonight and got two pints, we didn’t realize until we got home and opened them up that they gave us the wrong flavor, they gave us Georgia Peach! My husband just took them back tonight, with the receipt… and they said “nope, we can’t exchange them because they’re open” But… THEY gave us the wrong flavor!!! We didn’t eat any of it…. We brought them back because we didn’t want peach… and they refused to give us right flavor that we originally ordered unless we paid for two more pints! So, we have to pay for their error!!
Really Culver’s?? $12 really worth the loss of a frequent customer and this bad review? Sure hope so!
