Visited the largest Culver’s in Edgerton Wisconsin and it was great. I had the Walleye and OMG it was 3 humongous pieces. Batter was crunchy and super light. I got the coleslaw and fries and a warm roll. Way more than I could eat in 1 sitting….at a time. yup, I scarfed it down when I got home. It was around $20. Must have looked delicious because a gentleman at another table got up after eating and asked me if that was the walleye and proceeded to order himself some. Highly recommend.

I visited Culver’s and was disappointed with my experience. The restaurant itself was clean, which I appreciated. However, when I walked up to the counter, there were seven employees standing there and no one else in line, yet it took over a minute for anyone to acknowledge me or say hello. A simple greeting goes a long way. All seven employees were getting ready for a bus that was coming in thirty minutes but couldn’t even acknowledge the customer standing in front of them. Get it together.

When I ordered a cone, it was not properly filled with ice cream and ended up breaking on me, which was frustrating. If I’m paying for a cone, I expect it to be filled correctly and hold up. Especially when the woman serving the cone came up to me so fast she held it in my face for a minute while I scrambled to put my cash away – you could have spent that time actually filling my cone and making a good quality ice cream cone. So frustrating looking back on it.

To make matters worse, one employee was rude and cut me off while I was walking out the door. I guess the carry out order is more important than treating other paying customers with the same amount of respect. Do employees go through a customer service/quality training? Are they evaluated on this? Are there raise incentives or do they just hate their jobs so much it comes off as obvious like this? You know I can scoop ice cream at home if I really have to avoid feeling belittled and overlooked.

Overall, the service did not match the price, and it was not worth my money. Ruined my special Culver’s moment.

This is boasted as the largest Culver’s
It is very large, for sure. I was told they have a conference room in there.
The service was fast and friendly. Food, hot and fresh.

Service was fast and friendly.

Very clean restaurant, staff is very attentive with their customers, restaurant and food.

There is so much seating! They have a meeting/private room. From the outside it doesn’t seem super big, but inside it feels like the size of 3 Culver’s.

Only issue was they added onions and tomato when it was only ketchup, lettuce, pickle and mayo.

Incredible!!! So happy I got to experience the world’s largest Culver’s. The veggie patty was yummy and fresh. Fries were crispy and so nostalgic with their crinkle cut. Staff was very friendly and efficient. I wish there was a big sign to take a picture in front of just because it is such a unique experience.

I will have my next conference here in their conference room for sure!!

Great food, great service and nice, clean eating area. The menu is not your typical fast food variety. They have excellent fish choices, burgers, and their custard desserts are good. The business is well staffed and the orders are processed quickly. I highly recommend Culver’s, and I wish there was a location in El Paso, Texas.

When you’re driving through Wisconsin and see a sign that says world’s largest Culver’s, you pull in to the world’s largest Culver’s. I got a kids cheeseburger meal and a side of some cheese curds and both were delightful.

The food was all the same as regular Culver’s, but it was still cool having food in their dining room.

Comparing Culver’s in Idaho to this one in Wisconsin, this one hit it out the park! Everything tasted so fresh. The crew seemed busy but still helpful.

Decent experience. There was a long wait for our food but once we got it, it was delicious. I highly recommend the classic butterburger. The world’s largest Culver’s is a fun stop on the way to wherever you’re going.
