Stopped and ordered 4 dishes of ice cream. Took OVER 20 minutes, while we sat and watched several workers standing behind the counter talking, doing not much of anything. We asked about our ice cream and they just nodded and continued to do nothing. Never have we been to a Culver’s where it’s taken this long… they weren’t even busy. 3 tables occupied. We were respectful and patient, but the workers seemed to really be slacking off. Extremely disappointed and likely won’t be coming back to this Culver’s. Wouldn’t recommend anytime soon.

3rd consecutive time they have forgotten my kids milk , my own fault for not checking the bag before I got home , figured they would remember this time . As well as them putting a mini tender thing in which I don’t really care about just pretty funny . Food is good but being this forgetful this many times is interesting to say the least

3 visits and 3 incorrect orders received from curdside pickup. I’ve never had an issue with any other Culvers locations besides this one. Parking lot is a nightmare and only 2 curdside parking spots available that are often occupied by people eating inside. I think I’m done with this location and I’ll just drive the extra distance to reach a better run location.

After a long day collecting seeds and photos & scientific observation, nothing better than a Culver’s Medium Chocolate Concrete Mixer with ample large chunks of Oreos mixed in.
After a warm early autumn afternoon walking around for 7 hrs on the steep hillsides of Festge County Park nearby, this was a welcome break to a busy very active day spent volunteering.
The custard goes down smooth and luscious as always, it’s cooling effect on one’s bodily functions is almost immediate.
A major reason I frequent Culver’s during spring to fall months is the cooling custard and it’s soothing, calming effect on your nervous system.

Me and My boyfriend came here for a late lunch, our cashier Teresa was absolutely amazing, such a sweet lady with such a welcoming smile. She interacted so kindly with us as well as other customers. I hope she gets a raise. thanks Teresa 🙂

NO FRIKING BLINDS on their windows. This is honestly the worst Culver’s I’ve been to on several occasions. It is always filthy, I have to ask an employee to clean off one of the corner tables (only 2 available) because they leave the tables covered in garbage. Then they give you a terrible attitude because you asked for a clean table. The lady who was running the register at 7PM on October 19th was SO RUDE. Rolled her eyes at us and shrugged when we asked if she could either clean the corner table OR put two tables together. We were definitely an inconvenience to her night at work. We are parents of four, a total of 6 of us. This isn’t the first time we’ve had a bad experience here and I’m sure it won’t be the last. Not to mention, 9 times out of 10 my food is COLD.

We’ve gotten food from this Culvers 3 times and all three times, items have been forgotten. Just today, they forgot my son’s entire meal. Considering we got Culvers as a treat for him, it was a major disappointment. Seeing the careless thick cuts of onion on the burgers, it just seems like a lack of care for one reason or another. We’ll stick to the Mt Horeb location exclusively.

Taking a lunch break & to my surprise the cook (heavy set, maybe mixed race) was very loudly yelling actual racist “jokes” to his coworkers. I heard phrases like “I can tell the dark dudes coming i can sense his big lips” “I have my slave back there he’s off his leash right now” plus more slave jokes… I’m guessing they were referring to another, evidently dark, black coworker in the back. It felt super unprofessional and kind of odd that everyone could hear him but no one even reacted, not the staff nor customers. Like it was a normal Tuesday. It was even weirder because at the same time another employee was talking to an old man about his sick wife. That was sweet. But I just felt bad and like they were gonna start talking about me once I left. Very odd lunch break. Honestly he seems like he’d make it as a comedian, just save the jokes for an open bar.

Bathrooms are disgustingly dirty, . I don’t think they’ve ever washed the baseboards. They’re actually like black and gross
