What’s not to like about Culver’s? And since it is lent they offer not only the cod sandwich but a walleye sandwich as well. Both are amazing? But I find Culver’s odd always a bit pricy

We arrived after attending the Wisconsin High School D1 football game. Culver’s was packed, so we went through the drive through and placed order for 8 of us. Our food was hot and delicious. Plus, it took less time than we expected. I went inside to thanks the staff. It was organized chaos with smiles and amazing customer service!

Here we go trying out one of the fast food restaurants Wisconsin is famous for, Culver’s.
I just want to start out saying the service was fantastic. All the drive through workers were very helpful and cheerful, making sure to read back orders and double check to make sure our food was correct. We waited maybe 6 or 7 minutes for our food, not even starting to get antsy (since it was 5:30 on a Friday and they were obviously busy). All the sudden an employee came rushing over apologizing for our wait and handing us a few coupons for free ice cream. It was such a nice surprise and very kind of them to do. We weren’t expecting it at all since it didn’t feel like we were even waiting that long.
Now for the food. The pork tenderloin sandwich was quite tasty. Not overly greasy and perfectly crisp. Reminds you of a really good tenderloin from a truck stop. It’s always consistent and the meat is tender.
The fries were great, especially if you like crinkle cut ones. Perfectly salted, they are a little greasy but fast food=a little greasy sometimes. Their fries are always really crispy; they didn’t even get soggy on the drive home.
The double cheeseburger is a staple order for us. One of my favorite fast food places to get a burger from. It can be very hit or miss sometimes to get a burger from fast food places. Culvers is always consistent with their burgers unlike places like McDonald’s where you never know what your meal is going to look like depending which location you go to.
My wife’s absolute favorite item to order are their chicken strips. Their all white meat and so juicy. Never any weird stringy bits or gross bites. Just tender, delicious, crispy chicken.
During this trip we found out Culver’s has their own brand of root beer, so of course we had to try it. It was absolutely delicious. Creamy and not too sweet, but just right. They also didn’t put any ice in the cup, which was great since usually driving food home to eat means your ice melts and your drink gets watery. This root beer stayed cold and carbonated all the way home. It would probably make for a delicious root beer float.
Culver’s is definitely the place to go to get high quality food, fast. They’re consistent, everytime is delicious, and the staff at this location was awesome!

Came here after a doctors appointment with two little ones, who were a bit cranky after a check up and missing a nap. Everyone was so kind and friendly. Special shoutout to Charlie, who is really smart and does an excellent job keeping the dining area clean and interacting with customers. What a great team members you have!

Culver’s Corporate, do you know what a Malt or Milk Shake should look like? I did not order a Chocolate Milk with a little ice cream. I ordered a Chocolate Malt. Also way too much Malt powder, very gritty and over powering!! You need to do better, this is Wisconsin and many places have much higher quality Ice Cream and Frozen Custard.

I was there tonight (10-16-25) with my family. We all ordered together. The first gentleman who helped us was very polite, making sure to mark down when I told him I had a gluten allergy. When I went back up to get a shake, the lady that helped me was incredibly rude. Rolled her eyes at me when I tried to make sure that I got a regular shake, no malt powder because malt has gluten in it and didn’t notate the allergy. The guy who made the shake didn’t clean the mixer between the one before mine and mine. I told him I have a gluten allergy and he remade it, but still didn’t clean the blender between the shakes. I’ve been sick for 2 straight hours now because the lady didn’t notate it and the guy making the shakes didn’t clean the blender. DON’T go here if you have an allergy. They don’t take it seriously.

Well I guess lesson learned, I should know from past experiences to check my order before leaving, but really how hard is it to het a hamburger double with Xtra ketchup, xtra mustard and xtra pickles wrong. Well they seem to everytime, got home sit down to eat and Well that was a fricken waste!!! Burger has 3 pickles little ketchup or mustard and a crap ton of onions which I am allergic to so not like I can even take them off and eat the damn burger!!! I guess it’s time I move on to a different location but they all seem to be getting worse and worse lately!!! It’s sad because culvers used to be one of my go tos but not much anymore!! Do better!
Update: Well it has been sometime so I decided to give this location another chance and yet proved Im done and will not give them another chance. Got an order today get home sit down to eat it and the burger is raw!! You can tell looking at the one side of the burger that it is raw so now I am done will never again go to culvers!!
