This location is easily becoming one of the worst in the city. I don’t know who the night shift manager is, but as soon as 8pm hits it’s play time. Just a bunch of kids playing shop. No urgency, forget proper procedures, and bottom barrel customer service. Next time I’ll just forget convenience, and take my money to the 124th St location. Everyone here tonight 3/8/26 complete failure. I’ve never seen a Culver’s drive thru move so slow. Just horrible staff, a lot of people need to be replaced.

i come here for lunch often while i am at work and i have to say this is my favorite culvers of all time. they have these 3 beautiful women running the drive through and they are the sweetest and nicest employees of anywhere i have ever come across. i come here sometimes just to see them to brighten my day. they really did an amazing job hiring these three day crew ladies! i couldn’t thank them enough, and of course the food is always amazing!!! thank you good hope culvers

The customer service at Culver’s has really gone downhill. I don’t understand the point of having an option for curbside parking if it’s going to take a half hour. It was unclear if my order was going to get canceled so now I have to dispute this with Visa. Avoid!!

I frequent this Culver’s a lot because I’m in the area… one day I had a meal that was so cold and disgusting that I decided to send feedback… I got an email from someone I believe the owner or the manager Matt! He said he was sorry and would send me a certificate… it never came! I emailed to follow up and he said oh they get lost in the mail and that he sent it again… IT NEVER CAME how unprofessional is it to lie to someone about something so petty like a gift certificate? This is why we need to stop frequenting these places they do not care!

I was very disappointed with my last trip to this Culver’s the service was fast and great but the food was ice cold. My cheese curds tasted old and like they had been sitting out, and my boyfriend said his burger was also cold. Very disappointed as normally this is our go to location.

Good evening im really disappointed at this location ..foa i spent 50 to 75 in culvets period so u know they said they wouldn’t take my coupon ..if my husband wasnt really hungry I wouldn’t just cancel the order especially when my meal itself cost 45 plus tax..and the food at this location is not even that good..im just disappointed at the customer service at this location was giving..over a coupon wow I would have honored the coupon period it says 2.00 off a meal period.

Unwelcome atmosphere. I couldn’t even get inside because the staff locked the doors. There was no signage indicating drive-thru only on the doors. If there was a sign or message posted outside, then that’s one thing. But in this case, all I got from the experience was that the staff couldn’t be bothered to allow carry-out. Do better.

Horrible customer service. The team members and management are beyond rude. This most recent visit, true to form, the person who took the order, rushed me through my order, and as a result, the order was wrong again. I noticed that the order was wrong when I got my receipt. The young man at the window, just like his teammate, proceeded to rush me through when I tried to tell him what the error was, and then accused me of “catching an attitude.“ He slammed the drive-through window door so hard that it bounced back and opened a bit; Opened just enough for me to hear him cuss me out and go and get the manager. It was at that point that I requested an entire refund because I no longer wanted the food. The manager had no interest in my concerns. I tried to tell him what happened and he repeatedly said “Have a good night.” He did not ask me what happened respond to my concerns at all. There was no apology for the behavior of his staff. This is a reoccurring issue with this location. They consistently get orders wrong and see nothing bad about it. This location will never see another dime of my money. Go to another location.
