Terrible. Looks like our fish sandwiches and dinners were stepped on. Went through the drive through… they got everyone’s order wrong in some way. Suggestion: skip Culvers and go to a non fast-food restaurant. You’ll pay way less money for better quality.

I live in the area and the service at this Culver’s has gone down drastically over time. The restaurant isn’t very clean. The employees are not friendly. On my recent visit, the employee was picking his teeth while taking my order. Luckily, the food itself is usually up to par with Culver’s standards. Often, the pints in the freezer aren’t very full and are lacking the mix-ins. It’s probably worth the drive to go to a better location.

Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend this location. I gave two stars because Culver’s is usually good with their food. This particular restaurant isn’t clean, most of the tables are dirty, the staff seem distracted, the attention to detail isn’t a priority. The condiments haven’t been replaced. The staff are confused about orders. I won’t be back to this location.

It was my first time in Wisconsin. I asked the cashier what she was having. She isn’t eating here. My burger was good. A nice man delivered it. The cheese could’ve been melted a little bit more. I think I would skip the fries. And get the cheese curds. They were talking about them over the music.

Crispy chicken sandwiches full of gristle, thin meat and not cooked. This is dangerous and Cooks need to be trained better. Also quality of meat sent to this location MUST be the same as others. Meat looked like paper and anyone could see it was NOT DONE. when these first started out, they were ok so there is no need to change now. Get it right it or take off me menu. Cook the food before someone gets really sick.

I used to go here all the time in high school 10 years ago crazy how time flies and things change I felt like I walked into Popeyes or something. The workers all had attitudes. They all seem like they were uninterested in being there. Really unprofessional I can’t imagine what people who don’t come from the inner city like me think of this place now.

Awfully run restaurant, a $10 drive-thru order took 20 minutes mid-afternoon when it was only slightly busy. When they brought out the order I told the worker it was missing an item and he said no it was all there despite me pointing it out to him. I had to go inside where it was clearly sitting in a bag he forgot, after we left we realized they also forgot our ranch which they charged us for. The manager inside was literally doing nothing with almost 10 staff members standing around the registers with no customers.
