Went through the drive thru at 2 this sunday. The food here never disappoints. The burgers were seared to perfection and the fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The service is excellent and hats off to the kitchen staff today!

People ((Diane) at the counter I have got to know over the years, which is unusual for places nowadays. The restaurant had a remodel in the last year and it’s always clean. This location is literally my gold standard for all Culver’s, but very few can measure up. What it boils down to is the manager and owner here cares about the customers and it shows.

Ordered a rather simple meal. A fish sandwich and fries. The fish sandwich was half fish and half bun, soggy lettuce, and (rancid) mayo. Imagine a bun the size of French roll with a heavily breaded frozen fish fillet from a supermarket. I made it through half the sandwich when the fish was gone and I kept noticing a too tangy mayo flavor. The lettuce was wilted and chewy. The crinkle cut fries were soggy and limp – like they were either hours old or taken out of the fryer far too soon. this was my 2nd visit to a Culvers. local family members were certain I would like Culvers as much as they do. Nope. I presume this place stays open for locals who have never been to much better restaurants. I do not see anything special. The atmosphere, both times, was midwest rural with overkill. The prices for the food were twice what the competition offer. So, Culvers fans, Good Luck. Non-locals, do not bother. Finally, I was offered a taste of “custard” because my simple take out order was not ready after 15 minutes. My first tastes was a suage and fat overload. I felt my arteries collapsing. I enjoy real ice cream. Culvers’ custard is far too sweet and fatty to be enjoyable by normal people. Again – Culvers fans – all yours. Zero idea what anyone could see in this place.

I’m not sure what’s happened to this Culver’s location, but the quality has really declined. Lately, every visit has been disappointing in some way. I once ordered the fish dinner and only received one of the two sides. Another time, I got the flavor of the day, and it turned out to be just vanilla ice cream with a single brownie chunk and one pecan.
Tonight was the worst experience yet. I came home to find they gave me a corn dog so overcooked it had cracked open, and the strawberry shake I ordered was warm and tasted sour. They used to be generous with portions and took pride in their food—now it’s unpredictable and careless.
Given how often this has been happening, we’ll probably be going elsewhere from now on.

I’ve been going to this Culver’s for lunch for a while now and for last few months this Culver’s has been consistently screwing up my orders. Almost every single time something is missing or made incorrectly. One of recent orders was missing a top bun on my sandwich. How do you forget to put a bun on top of the sandwich? I complained to the manager about the missing bun and the manager offered a free value meal. When I turned in the coupon, the fries from my order were missing. This used to be my go-to place for lunch, but I don’t think I’ll ever eat there again. The only consistent thing about this restaurant is they WILL screw up your order every single time. There are plenty of other lunch options in the area. I would recommend trying somewhere else.

The food is great, as long as they get the order correct. Our last 3 times eating from here have been a hassle. A few months back we ordered dinner and used curd side. They brought my food out and I drive home. I should have checked my order. They forgot a burger and fries, so I called. They asked me to come back and theyd have the missing items ready. I got there and rhey handed me my bag. No “thank you” or any apology.
2nd time, same thing. We ordered some Sundays and they forgot one of the 3 and made the other 2 incorrectly. They gave us some free custard tokens to make up for it.
Lastnight, we ordered sundaes via curd side. I got there and replied to the text saying that i was there. Cool.
15 minutes go passed and no food. I walk in to see what was going on amd my order had been sitting there the entire time. And they weren’t even that busy as there were a few workers standing and waiting at the registers.

Consistently the worst culvers in the entire area. Mostly wrong orders for the last couple of years. Tonight, no fries on two orders. I juat had to finally write a review. Burgers are pale and unseasoned. Custard often is gritty.

Went in for a pint of custard, but they didn’t have a flavor I wanted so I ordered a small fry to-go instead. I was handed a dirty number sign and told to wait for my order with the several employees (who already ordered before I arrived, but all had full meals) waiting. I could see my fries bagged and sitting, the employees bagging the orders with their backs to me and not even checking for my simple, fast order. I waited for ten minutes. If I’d gone through the drive-thru, I would’ve had them in two minutes. I handed back the sign and declined waiting longer. Wasn’t worth the $3 to wait until all (4) the other (full meal) orders ahead of me AND the drive-thru ones clearly being picked up and served while I stood there were done.

Ordered 2 cashew chicken salads with crispy chicken on the side. Got home and it was grilled, rubbery chicken. So disappointed.one container had half as much chicken as the other. They should be equal!
