Visited This Culver’s during lake Geneva’s winterfest and it was pretty full so I expected some delay but honestly it wasn’t that bad had an issue with one of my coupons and the employee was very helpful I have no complaints food was delicious and fresh ,no issues other than it was packed but that’s not Culver’s fault .

Expect to wait longer than other places (and Culver’s locations) for your food. They will take your coupons and not apply it to the order or give you your receipt in order to verify that the coupons were applied. Not good. Food is good and staff is typically pleasant.

Ordered food during the lake Geneva winter fest. Now granted I knew things will take a while as everywhere else was packed. However this wasnt overly packed. Ordered food and waited well over an hour, just to find out it will take another 45 minutes. So many people got refunds. Not only that, I noticed an employee eating food out of the serving area. Out of the bags of frys that were ready to put into people’s orders. This wasnt a once awhile thing, a taste test you could say. It was a few frys from each bag

I ordered through the drive through on Monday, ordered a double sourdough melt and cheese sauce for my fries. I also ordered a double flavor of the day for my mother. When I got home I realized on my pink slip on the bag that I did order double. I received only 1 patty on my burger and they completely burnt the sourdough. my custard only was 1 scoop and not two scoops like I ordered and they forgot my cheese sauce for my fries. I’ve pulled a Karen a few times in the last year because they’ve screwed up my orders in the past and the manager did give me two free meals via email. However, I’ve returned a few times since and EVERY time I order in the drive-thru my order is always wrong. This location is awful and always give terrible customer service. I will no longer return to this location.

I stopped in the side the restaurant to grab a quick burger tonight. That quick stop took 40 minutes. When I got the burger, it tasted terrible. The young lady taking the orders and bagging them was unfriendly and acted. as though she was being bothered by any of the customers that came to the counter.

I ordered a double butter burger specifically plain, with cheese only and it came out with nothing on it which I had only noticed after eating my side, so the burger had cooled off quite a bit. When asking staff to remake my food I was ignored by the first two workers who made eye contact with me across the kitchen, and then when I told them about my problem, and asked them to remake it due to the temperature, she took my burger and just slapped two pieces of cheese on it and handed it back to me rudely. Then later when I went to ask for ice cream I watched a group of 4 employees standing in a circle laughing instead of coming to the register.

We waited for our order for 15–20 minutes in a nearly empty restaurant. The burger patties were half-burnt with an unpleasant crust. The staff was friendly, but they only served the order when we approached them ourselves.

I went through the drive thru and ordered something that I have ordered a thousand times before but when I ordered this time, the cashier said that she would have to speak to the manager and when I said that I had ordered it a lot she flippantly said, “well, good for you”! super rude! On saturday we went there for work and the food was awful! Overcooked butter burgers and cold fries. I think from now on, we will drive to the one in Elkhorn and skip the one in Lake Geneva!

Used the app to order food. Brought out to the car and everything was great, even remembered the spoon. The employee even smiled in this awfully cold weather. Great service and food.

We got the shrimp, cod sandwich, and chicken burger. The shrimp and cod sandwich were fine and served to us piping hot. Unfortunately the chicken sandwich was ice cold in the middle and we could not finish it at all
