I travel for work all over the state and have visited probably 20+ different Culver’s locations. This is closest one to where I live and it is by far the slowest if you don’t do a pickup order. I recently waited almost 10 minutes for an order of fries that I could see sitting in the window as I was standing there holding my number placard.
I’ve had my order wrong several times in the drive through because they have no order verification screen and the read back by the employee is incomprehensible.
The food is great – but the company in general needs to invest in systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Espresso Toffee Bar: Culver’s originated in Sauk City, WI back in 1984. When I was a doughy kid in the 90’s it had expanded slightly and I have fond memories of visiting the location in nearby Wisconsin Dells while on vacation. Today, Culver’s can be found in 26 states serving up their famous Butterburgers and custard. For those unfamiliar with custard, it’s similar to ice cream, except it includes eggs. The eggs give custard a smooth and extra creamy texture. Espresso Toffee Bar is currently one of Culver’s rotating Flavor of the Day options. This custard has a rich espresso flavor swirled with old fashioned salted caramel, crunchy bits of Heath Bar, and gooey butter cake pieces. Beginning with the espresso base, it was perfect. Texturally it was smooth and creamy with the flavor not being too intense or bitter. My dish’s mix-ins were not distributed very evenly, but when I got the rare bite containing all three (caramel, Heath Bar, and cake) it was superb. If you’ve never had a Heath Bar, they’re crunchy toffee flavored candy bars. In this case, they go well with the espresso custard. I thought the cake pieces had a predominately vanilla flavor, with a hint of butter mostly masked by the espresso custard. Really my only complaint is it could have used more caramel, which was delicious but scant. Overall, this flavor is a must try for coffee/espresso lovers, but your typical frozen treat enthusiast will probably enjoy it too. Doughboy approved

I am absolutely FURIOUS with the service I got at Culver’s today. From the moment I walked in, the front counter felt like chaos. Nobody greeted me, nobody smiled, and the whole area looked like they’d rather be anywhere else. I had to stand there awkwardly while the employees finished their conversation before they even acknowledged me — and when they finally did, they looked annoyed that I was interrupting. That is not how you treat paying customers!
When I finally placed my order, the young women running the register were short with me and made ZERO effort to be polite. I asked a simple question about the menu and got an eye roll in response. The attitude was unbelievable. I could hear them laughing and gossiping behind the counter while my food sat there getting cold. I felt like I was inconveniencing them just by existing, and it made the whole experience miserable.
To top it off, the order came out wrong and no one apologized — they just shoved the bag at me and moved on to the next person. I expect better from a place that advertises itself as friendly and welcoming. This was hands down the worst service I’ve ever had at any fast-food restaurant, and I won’t be coming back unless they seriously train their staff in basic courtesy and professionalism.

Love Culver’s, so 2 stars for that, but otherwise this particular Culver’s is pretty poor. My orders are ALWAYS wrong here with multiple issues. Don’t use the drive thru, unless you’re prepared to make multiple trips through it.

All I could hear was the kitchen talking loud about sports and fantasy teams. I ordered the. Cod dinner and an onion ring. Fish came so crispy it and inedible. I returned it trying to give them the whole tray so that all of my food was hot when they finished serving me new fish. Fish came out not really hot but not burnt. Frys and rings not hot anymore. They forgot my coleslaw. Bad experience. Waste of money. 2nd time of bad experience at this location. One piece burnt and the other not done enough.

Went through the drive thru. Placing the order was fine, but they didn’t take our money right away nor gave us a receipt. I ordered a large shake, but didn’t get it. When I asked for a large, they said that is the largest for shakes. (On the bag receipt, it said regular sized shake) So, idk if they ran out or what, but was just put off by the whole experience. Food was okay.

Culver’s on Ryan road is my go-to spot for a delicious, high-quality burger and frozen custard! The staff is always friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is clean and welcoming. Whether I’m grabbing a quick lunch or meeting friends for dinner, Culver’s never disappoints. Highly recommend!

First off the cone was only a half scoop. Other culvers in the area give you more custard. My wife ordered a sundae I ordered a Cone. We were 5th in line that seemed like forever. We get to the window and the cone is all dripping and the sundae is like soup. I asked for a new cone which I got. But the sundae wasn’t tried until we parked in the lot. By that time it was to late for a new one or refund. That being said if you making cones or sundaes dont make them and leave them sit to melt. Im sure this isn’t your first Rodeo. Take a ride to a few other culvers in the area and see how to do it right.

Manager, Nick was incredibly rude. Multiple people who ordered after us received their orders (food and custard) and my husband inquired on the custard as we had already received our food 5+ minutes prior. Nick then said “well yea, it’s like really busy” in a snotty tone. Despite the fact that zero workers were actively getting custard and everyone had been helped and waiting for food at this time. (Also to note they had closed the drive thru). We only asked because the rest of our order was given to us and seemed to have been cleared from the system. This Culver’s has gone down hill the last 6 months.
