After a long day of work, this was exactly what I needed! First, Chloe helped us and did an amazing job. She’s so kind and accommodating, and a great cashier. Tim brought us our food and boy if this guy isn’t getting paid over six figures a year I don’t know what Culver’s is doing. He’s the most amazing person I’ve ever met in a customer service industry 1000/10 stars for Tim. Keep up the good work, it doesn’t go unnoticed. Very welcoming environment, and delicious food as always great work, Culver’s.

I ordered two dinners to go: fish and shrimp, both with two sides, and a pint of ice cream. Total was $41.88. They forgot the mashed potatoes, and the broccoli was mushy shnibbles. I hadn’t ordered from them for at least a couple years because this would happen just about every time I did – they would forget something. Don’t want a refund or replacement – just want to not be cheated out of anything I paid for. Probably won’t be back again for a couple years.

It’s Culver’s — you know what you’re getting. Burgers are always solid, cheese curds hot, custard done right. This Elm Grove location runs tight. Orders are accurate, food comes out quick, and the place is clean every time. Staff is friendly without being over the top. You don’t sit around waiting like some other fast food spots. Good option when you want something reliable that isn’t slapped together. No complaints.

Generally like Culver’s, but tonight’s experience made me rethink visiting at least this location. When we got there, the parking lot looked less full than usual and the drive through had maybe 5 cars ahead of us, so should’ve been a quick visit. But after being handed our receipt, it then took 40 minutes to get handed a basic value basket & a dry, bland fish sandwich. What’s the point of “fast” food, that takes forever, and costs more than basic sit-down joints?

A year later and this location is worse than ever! The mac n cheese is a limited menu addition because it is dry and all stuck together, and 5 bucks for tiny side. The 2 burgers ordered were certainly not “butter” burgers…just an old tired bun, also dry. (And cold..no way THAT was made to order).
When a customer asks for pickles, we want a pickle in EVERY bite, not 2 pickles stacked on top of themselves in only the middle of the burger. Really, I except more intelligence from a Wisconsin institution!

I love the cod sandwich! The burgers and ice cream are amazing too. The workers are always friendly, the restaurant is always clean, and the food is always fresh and hot! The drive through line is usually pretty long, but the food is worth the wait!

Your typical Culver’s but this was a very nice because it’s a newer one so they have additional inside seating. Though they never came around and cleaned the tables that would have been nice. Also they were not that friendly taking my order. A simple hello and a simple smile would be nice. The custard was amazing as usual

Update: drive thru moved well today even though it was busy. Order was correct and good. And staff were friendly. Kudos!! because I drove all the way to this location because the location on Capitol drive was out of commission; when do they not have an issue
