Quality has gone down hill across the board. Barely clean, the drink stations are always a mess items are constantly forgotten the employees cant be bothered to clean the cups off regardless it be a soda, shake or smoothie. And to have the audacity to hand it out looking a mess or hide it in a tray is ridiculous. I used to really enjoy this location but within the last year of coming back to town its pitiful. Retrain or replace or hold management accountable your crew are a reflection of your leadership. This review reflects my last 5 visits within this month alone.

The hostess * was very friendly (and kind to an old man). We didn’t wait long for our order; everything was there. It was all very warm and tasty the way you expect. Good visit

This is the last straw I have given this place way too many chances more than deserved today I ordered my normal usual but instead got walleye everything was so mushy.. You would think it was sitting there for like an hour.. I had called and placed the order from the Taco Bell next door so I literally gave it about 5 to 10 minutes before I walked in the door to pick up my food surprisingly enough it was ready but they had forgotten the french fries when I got home and opened up my order the fish wasn’t cooked all the way and had made everything in that tray completely mushy I had to re-cook in my air fryer best I could.. I am not making this review to complain more so to warn others if they read this they have been going downhill steady but I’m done here for good

This used to be a frequent stop on our way back to New Berlin from our property in the northern kettle, but lately the service (inside and drive thru) on Saturday late evening has been excruciatingly slow. I think we waited 20 minutes (no exaggeration) for 1 cheeseburger and a shake 2 weeks ago. We now stop at the Jackson Culver’s even though it’s further away but we still end up eating sooner without the long wait.

Everything is great as long as you don’t use online ordering. Then you sit and wait three times longer than the drive thru even on a slow day for luke warm food and drinks with melted ice that seems like it was ready 20+ minutes ago (ya know, that pickup time you selected) when you got there but nobody bothered to bring it out.

Ordered from Uber eats. My order wasn’t complete and everything was cold. Called to mention it and there’s nothing they can do. Completely disappointed and irritated. Imagine having your 3 yo picky eater not have his chicken tenders show up!!!! Thanks a lot Culver’s and Uber Eats!!!

If you order curdside pickup you may as well go in and get it yourself when you get there. Two visits in a row ( and multiple times previously) you will sit there 30 minutes plus and they will never bring your food out. When you go in there are food runners standing there with nothing to do, and the food is cold amd gross because its been ready and sitting there forever. Why even have curbside pickup if you’re not going to check if there’s food to take out? Or when you see vehicles in that spot waiting? Make sure you check your entire order every time because 90% of the time it will be wrong. This place used to have great customer service and now its definitely not worth the frustration and wasted time for the prices they charge.

The lobby is always dirty. The kids do a good job of taking your order and delivering it to your table that you clean yourself with some napkins. The food is always fresh.

Play used to be a two star downgraded from a four star. This place is now a one star. Expediters aren’t taught how to place food properly to go bags. You can’t even get catchup put in the bags when that’s the only thing asked for. Dysfunctional disorganized and slow. If you’re going to pay crazy prices for eating out, take the drive and go somewhere else.

This Culver’s needs management attention . The bathrooms , dining area , soda area were filthy. Staff emptying garbage can dropped it on the floor when changing out garbage and just left it, outside of garbage can area had food slopped diown the front of it . Bathroom you had to lay your paper towel on the counter because garbage cans were full. Toilet paper all over the floor in women’s bathroom too. Condiment are was also a mess , spilled soda everywhere, no plastic container for ketchup and all ketchup covers were spread out on counter . Love visiting Culver but will never stop again at this one.
