Oh my! I asked for malt vinegar for the cod sandwich, but the cashier did not know what it was. Training, re-training!
The cod sandwich was tasty, but looked a tad skimpy. Is that the best cod filet?!?! I hope to catch a thick, fat one next time

They’ve gotten my food wrong almost every time I’ve been through the drive through the last three years. They refuse to fix their screen so people can double check their order. Their staff only sometimes repeat your order back to you and they’ll sometimes ask questions, but still get it wrong. Props to them, they will always correct their mistakes though. Please fix your screens or be better about reading back full orders. Thanks.

This Culver’s has been in this very spot since at least the 90s. My family has particularly enjoyed their fried chicken many times over the years. Personally, I like their burgers, which was my own personal motivation for this particular visit.

The space really hasn’t changed much over the years. There’s a long counter with three registers up front. The wait to order was not long – I waited for one group ahead of me to finish ordering, then placed my order with the next cashier. After doing so, I filled my soda glass and found a suitable booth and sat down to wait for my meal.

For the 2-3 minutes it took to receive my food, I pondered the space itself. Little things have changed in the years since I dined in the space itself. There are multiple layers of drop ceiling present, artistically layered upon each other within curved boarders. The central dining area has a prominently displayed mirror now, flanked on either side by frosted glass features. The carpet appears to be about the only thing unchanged. It may have been replaced at a certain point, but it’s still the same nondescript dark patterned carpet as I remember. This is something unique to Culver’s and a feature I don’t especially understand in particular. It seems with the amount of people that accidentally spill a soda or ketchup or something similar, this would be much harder to clean than a tiled or other similar flat surface. At any rate, the dining room looks like a dining room at a Culver’s – nothing to complain about here.

I soon got my double butter burger and fries and consumed both. The crinkle cut fries tasted exactly like the fries from pretty much any other visit – they had their characteristic crunchy exterior and fluffy interior, much like crinkle cut fries from any other place offering them. The burger was also good – two smashed patties that were still juicy, yet still had plenty of crispy bits throughout their surface. All in all – it was a good, fast meal, exactly what I would expect of this or any other Culver’s.

This particular Culver’s is pretty far from my home, as I most often visit the one on Spruce Hills Drive in Bettendorf. Still it was nice to visit this location again and if I were in the Jersey Ridge Road area again, I would not hesitate to come back. It’s a Culver’s, largely clean throughout the interior with fast and friendly staff. Thanks for the good burger!

Messed up my simple ice cream order 4 seperate times. The worker, Pandora, had so much attitude when I asked for it to be remade. I understand being busy and stressed but that’s no excuse to treat customers that way.

Seen a video of a manger recording a fight & encouraging another Culver’s worker to stomp on someone. This was going on while people where there & both workers on clock. I bring my kids there & that doesn’t seem like a safe environment

Went through the drive-thru at Culver’s at 7:29 PM on December 23, 2025, and it was hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. This was our first time ever ordering at Culver’s, and instead of being helpful, the guy taking our order was rude, condescending, and impatient from the start.
He repeatedly asked us to repeat the order, but rather than guiding us or explaining anything, his tone made it clear he was annoyed. To make it worse, he asked, “Is this your first time at Culver’s?” in a condescending way. My wife said yes, and he responded with, “I can tell!”
That comment was completely uncalled for and disrespectful. At that point we decided to drive off without ordering. First impressions matter, and this one was awful. This experience alone was enough to make us not want to return.

1) The kids working need more food safetytraining. Kid put his gloves on outside, then came inside flipping his hair before making Sundays.
2) Apparently after taking an ice cream order it takes five minutes (literally, no exaggeration) to meander around the front line before starting to make the ice cream order. But wait, you need to run a drive through order out first.
2) Apparently 70 cents buys you 1 whole tablespoon of hot fudge in your double scoop Sunday.

Store closes at 10. It’s 8:30pm. We weren’t acknowledged while we were standing at the counter. Only 2 other tables with people eating. Wait time was normal for food. Place is a mess. And looks like it has been for a while. Mustard that is spilled is dried to counter. Trash is full and trays are stacked. And trash on floors.

I ordered a corn dog for the first time and this is what I got. The rest of the food was undercooked and soggy.

Went and picked up an online order and they had 5 people just standing there. It was only my order and it took way to long to get. The guy bagging up took his time while he stopped bagging to talk and play with keys and then continue bagging my food.
