Last night I got some food for myself, around 7-8pm. The guys that were working the counter were great, but whoever that girl was that was passing the food out to everyone had a serious attitude. She came up to me and gave me my food without even saying anything to me, I ask her if I can have some signature sauce and she rolls her eyes at me but still gives me the sauce and I say thank you and leave. Here I am being nice, buying food from your company, and your employee just seems like she doesn’t want to be there. I understand it’s late at night but you still had about 3 hours to work, so I’m not sure what her problem was but next time I think she should just stay home.

I love Culvers, Probably the best Burger joint I’ve had. Normally I dont leave reviews on chain restaurants, but today I stopped by for a meal and my order was entered in wrong. Only receiving the Burger, and Drink correctly. While the scoop I ordered was given to me as a Mixer, and I had to go back around and order a Fry after not receiving it the first time, Paying extra for it.

Normally Culver’s is great but today I took my son there and it took them 25 minutes to make our order. They also got the order wrong and forgot my son’s drink. It took them another 5 minutes to get the items they forgot. And when I told the guy my son was supposed to have a drink as well his response was “oh, you want me to bring that to you too?” Nah, how about you just get it right the first time. Drove up at 6:00pm to get just a chicken sandwich combo, was told to pull forward which was totally understandable. But by 6:17 had to call the store 4 separate times to finally get ahold of someone to tell them several cars behind me already got their orders.
Only then to be rushed out my food, I asked to speak with a manager and was told one wasn’t available.

This place sucks they can never get my order right no matter if I order thru DoorDash or Uber Eats or even going myself through the drive thru something is always missing from my order I just went and got two simple baskets and got home to find only one fry in my bag and now the store wont answer the phone which sucks because I really usto love this place

Just because I don’t want a burger with lettuce tomato and mayo, doesn’t mean. I gotta accept the level of unprofessional I had to.
Ketchup, mustard and pickle is alot easier than just forgetting to put 3 extra things on. Not to mention the mustard and sour pickle burger that my child was given before I got out of work was also supposed to be a kmp sandwich. Your sour burger made my 5 year old vomit everywhere. Thanks “spongebob”.

Culver’s was busy. I had to pull up to wait so I thought it would be a long wait. But I didn’t even have a chance to pull up my Kindle app before the food was brought out. It was hot. The flavor was just right. Culver’s is consistently good.

Wow!!! This Culver’s has historically been quite bad with regards to service. We went there tonight and it’s like a new store. They had iPads that they were taking orders on and we pulled up to wait for our food and it was brought out in less than 5 minutes, they didn’t forget anything and they brought out the ice cream with the hot food. We have always loved the food but the service has been a big deterrent. I’m glad to see they are working on making it better.
