Ok I was so excited to try a garlic pub burger. I sat and waited for 20 min and finally got Burger. Fries were hot! But burger was cold as heck. I complained but they only offered to warm up my burger. The bacon was so over cooked I brought home for dog treat. but I figured that would happen cause it’s always that way. I use to get bacon deluxe on Thursdays every week but after three times I went to standard deluxe. And this was around 445 till 500 it wasn’t busy in restaurant at all. This thursday

Gave Muscatine Culver’s another try-
Great drive through experience! Person was super patient as I had trouble hearing them. Perfect cheeseballz, excellent mushroom and Swiss- grilled cheese was spot on.
2 stars because they have great cheese balls.
The sourdough- is horrid. Tasteless onions that are not fully caramelized top it on my list of “things to never ever eat again, ever”.
Drive through service was abysmal. Didn’t repeat order back + no screen to see what was ordered + nonexistant printing in received receipt = surprise! wrong order when they bring it to the car.
The price is so high that I thought the order was correct…

I had the most entertaining visit. There was about 8 staff behind the order counter arguing about who is trained to work the drink machine for the drive thru. The poor kid trying to take my order was so embarrassed.

First time ever that the service was less than acceptable. For an order that was play online and to be picked up from the store by a certain time ended up not being completed until over 20 minutes past the due pick up time. And nothing compensated to the customer besides an apology from the cashier who was the only employee staying on the kitchen staff to complete the online order. While waiting, two online orders placed after the fact we’re finished and gone before the one I waited over 20 minutes for. And it was only 3 items… Must have been an officer day because usually they are on time.

Wow. Wonderful experience. It had been a rough morning. I arrived for lunch with my senior dad. They waited patiently for him to get to the door, held it open the whole time. Place was very clean. Our order was difficult due to food allergies, but the young gal in training was still very friendly and patient with us. The food was excellent and just as ordered. Another table spilled pop and they quickly came to clean it all up for them and we’re polite and caring. Excellent experience! I highly recommend this Culvers in Muscatine, IA.
