Stopped for dinner and dessert last Friday. Ordered 2 turtle sundaes. When arrived home I found only a small dab of custard. I returned today and explained the obvious mistake to the manager. She informed me that policy would not allow her to correct after one day. I may never return.

If you’ve never been to a Culver’s, this is the one to go too. The staff is always friendly and eager to help. The food is always fresh and made with care (no sloppy McBurgers here). And they offer a generous Military Discount for those eligible. A great place to enjoy a nice lunch in a clean restaurant with quality service all around.

This place is amazing! My family and I were driving from the other side of Iowa back home in North Carolina. We stopped at this location for dinner and had a great meal, but that isn’t the best part. My wife accidentally left here purse in our booth and we proceeded to drive another 2.5 hours east before she realized she left her bag. She called the restaurant completely expecting to get blown off by whoever answered the phone… to our astonishment they offered to mail her purse to our house, provided a tracking number and nothing was missing! They even paid for the shipping. That is next level service.
The culture is only outshined by those burgers. Thankfully, Culvers locations are starting to appear here in NC and we are fans for life!

Arrived around 11:40 A.M. on a Sunday. There was only one person ahead of us at the counter, so a very short wait to place our (dine-in) order. Person at the register was friendly and helpful, and the drink dispenser/condiments area was tidy, well-stocked, and clean. Several table and booth options were open for seating in the clean and comfortable dining area. Our food arrived at our table within 10 minutes. All three meals were correct, hot, delicious, and satisfying. We enjoyed our lunchtime there and definitely recommend this Culver’s location.

Whatever you prefer from the menu will be a great experience. I know I can always count on my favorite items being perfectly the same at every Culver’s. Service is outstanding and you can walk in and sit down and order from your table with your cell phone. How great is that?! Skip any lines. Everything comes up very quickly. No sitting and waiting.
