I don’t know what you guys are putting in your food everything is so spicy now and just tastes disgusting! I’m so sick now from eating the food I couldn’t even eat my chicken sandwich because it was extremely spicy! The onion rings were OK but they were very skinny next to nothing same with the fries ! I used to love your pot roast sandwich but you put way too much spices on it not everyone can have spicy food and the cheese sauce is very salty ! the only thing that was good was my rootbeer I don’t think we will ever go back oh and the dinning room floor is always filthy and the bathrooms are always nasty I never see any employees wearing gloves or hair nets when touching food

We love Culver’s. The food is always great. However, the wait time during this visit was suspiciously long. At least five people who arrived well after I did received their food and left while I was still standing there waiting alone. No one checked on my order, and I ended up waiting for quite a while. My order wasn’t anything complicated-just burgers, fries, and cheese curds.
We had been traveling for hours and were excited to finally have Culver’s again after almost four years. She was calling me from the hotel, and I felt bad having to keep telling her that my order still wasn’t ready.

Four times in a row they have gotten my order wrong by forgetting my fries, forgetting condiments or toppings or giving me regular root beer instead of diet.Employees apologize, but it keeps happening. The only reason they get two stars is that they always get the gluten free bun correct. Only ONCE did they send me a coupon for a free concrete mixer, BUT I can’t eat that because I have a dairy sensitivity. The only reason I kept going was gluten free options. My most recent visit I paid all that money for a dry grilled chicken with nothing but pickles, fries and regular root beer when I wanted diet. Over $13. I have gone after lunchtime, dinner time when there wasn’t a big line and 8 pm. Doesn’t matter how busy or slow, the order is always incorrect. The last time, I made the order taker repeat my order back again and he had it correct. The malfunction seems to be in preparation and service areas. I advise going inside to order and asking for a manager after repeated mistakes.

4/28/23- I will start this off by saying the food is always really good and we love it, the reason for the low rating is the service. I can understand that a restaurant may be busy but our wait time was ridiculous. We had a curdside pickup at 5:15pm and at 5:40 I finally went in side and politely told them we had been waiting 25 minutes already for our food. The guy at the register let the people bagging the food know and they did not seem to care at all. They were moving so much slower than the rest of the people working there. It took another 10 minute after that just to get our food. Overall dissatisfied with the service big time. Wouldn’t have been a big deal but with 2 small kids waiting hungry and patiently it was just a frustrating experience.

Usually we have great service, always have good food. We did the dine in so we didn’t have to eat in the car, and had to wait for over an hour because they said they were only focusing on the drive thru. That is crazy! We were not the only ones waiting and several got their refunds.I like going to Culvers, but I don’t think I will be back for a while

Food was great, staff was great. Only reason for 4 and not 5 was that we ordered only ketchup on our burgers (my son and I both) and got what was the smallest amount of ketchup that I had ever seen. This was the second time in a row that we had this issue here. Other then that everything was great.

Unfortunately our order was about as inaccurate as possible. Seems to be happening more and more as we do eat there frequently. The last few times there has been something either the wrong food or overcharged in a smaller portion.

The kindest people in the world in Marion, Iowa are on Culvers. I always knew when I go to that culverse the staff will always make sure you feel welcomed and I love the children’s meal. It’s just perfect
