Culver’s is consistently great. The food is delicious. I usually get the fish and this time got the walleye. A little expensive but with the wait. Always a good experience with service and friendly employees. Amazing!

Wouldn’t normally take time to review fast food but we had the sweetest, smiliest cashier, Lucy, which as a family that dines out 3-4 times a month, often seeing employees who clearly don’t want to be there or act bored or both, it is so, so greatly appreciated. Food was fresh and even though we did not get kids meals, another employee even came up and gave me free ice cream tokens for the kids. Very nice experience.

The wait times are always so long at any Culver’s I have been too. It took over 15 mins to order and receive my food. A spicy chicken sandwich, fries, cheese curds and a drink. No customizations either.

Theyre wasn’t anything particularly exceptional about this Culver’s. I went here during the slow hours and only ordered a Cod Filet Sandwich in the Drive-Thru. They had it out in no more than 7 minutes. They are still on the old system. And the order taker was decent.

Edit: Second visit went better. HUGE S/O to Team Manager Zachary Ernt. He served us with a smile on his face and asked how our food was and if there was anything else we’d like. That is how a Guest’s experience should be. The cashier could learn a thing or two from the manager. No eye contact from the girl and not even a smile or thank you or have a nice night. They were kind enough to keep my custard cold in the well while I devoured a delicious cod filet sandwich . The custard was delicious this time. Frozen and freshly made (I watched her make it) and cold to the touch but still soft enough to eat and enjoy. I’d recommend the concrete mixer with oreos and cookie dough. Who doesn’t love cookie dough???

I was really underwhelmed by what I was getting for my fish dinner that costed me $18.61. The portion size of the fries were really small, and you get only 1 thing of tartar sauce and some coleslaw (and a roll, nothing special it was a little stale). If you factor in the price of things, I’d say the $.61 was the small amount of fries and the coleslaw. The other $18 were the three small pieces of cod. That’s $6 EACH. It took no more than 5 mintes to eat all three pieces. After the 20 minutes of waiting in line and the empty stomach feeling through the night, I can’t help reflecting how it may not have been worth it.
Was it the only fast food place open that served fish at night? Probably. Were the kids taking my order super nice? Absolutely. But the price is ridiculous for what you’re getting.

A thin crappy burger. One side is completely coated in being burnt. Very tiny squirt of ketchup. I ordered a cheese burger btw. Also asked for a diet cookie and they gave me regular. Also waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes when there was only me in another car in the drive thru. I’m not one to leave reviews but this is pretty bad.

The food was fine, new Mac and Cheese was good!

Waited over 30 minutes for my food, and the service was uncaring at best, they weren’t very busy, felt like not a single person who worked there actually cared.

Enjoy always eating at Culver’s, we always order the same ..
Husband gets the fish sandwich and I got the grilled chicken sandwich both with fries.
This is the first time that the sandwiches were a bit disappointing.
The fish was fried so hard that the grease ran out of the sandwich.
The chicken was half of the bread .. more bread without any chicken!
This is the second restaurant that no one fully understood the new program that is offered.

Food is good. Love the fish. Hamburgers are on the smaller size. Fries are good. Service is usually pretty quick.

Drive through, something was broken so there was a gentleman taking orders and payment. He was very far away from the menu. So he offered a paper copy, which was good. Food was good. Fries need more salt, and ketchup should always be included in the bag. Food was good.
