Wow! Thank you ELLA for going above and beyond! I ordered in the app and opted to pick up curbside because my campervan is too high to go through drive through. I didn’t see a place to request ketchup packets in the app so I stopped Ella while she was delivering someone else’s order. I asked her for ketchup. When she delivered my ordered she told me there was 2 ketchup in the bag. I told her that was great but that my dog was going to be upset that I forgot to order custard for him. We opted to eat in the van and a couple minutes later I saw Ella carrying a small dish of custard. She didn’t…. did she??? We are so happy that Romeo got his custard. He has forgiven me for not ordering it and we vote Ella should get a raise! 5 star service! Burger basket was hot, fresh and delicious. Pop was refreshing. I’m so glad we chose Culvers today.

Well, I received my food & it was a long piece of hair in it; & that really hindered my appetite at the moment.
But then, Michael and another young lady assisted me with a refund, & a free basket; which made me feel much better and valued as a customer, & I reordered & it turned out very well!

Very disappointed. Waited over 30 minutes in curbside for 1 concrete mixer and 1 shake, went in to check my order and was greeted with horrible customer service and handed melted ice cream. No apology.

Wow, I have to say the service here was impeccable. There wasn’t much of a wait to get my food yesterday— that pleased me. There was a beautiful young woman there named Tammy, she took my order on the tablet in such a friendly and kind manner, I wanted to make sure she got recognition for that. On a separate day, there was another employee, Maya, who ran my food out to me. She was very kind and eloquent, great job at training your employees, I am thoroughly impressed. I’ll definitely be back!

Honestly this is the third time I’ve been here and there always seems to be something wrong. Last time I end up waiting for 30 minutes in the Drive-Thru just to get to the order kiosk. And additional 10 minutes to get my ice-cream. Unfortunately this time their grill was down so that means no butter burgers, no grilled chicken, no grilled cheese, no sourdough melt, no Reuben, no Wisconsin double.. Their main item seems like quite a necessity. Half of the employees were walking around without their shirts tucked in and aprons half tied.
Alright who’s ready for the fourth time?! A lot of improvement has been made since my last visit. There’s considerably better experience. Some tables and chairs were messy and they still took 10 mins to get my food to me. Not terrible but definitely better than the last time. The customer service was a little bit better but I’m going to need a lot more if this specific establishment wants to build back their reputation. 9/10 of times I will still drive the extra 20 minutes to go to the Culvers in Waterloo. Their service is worth the drive and the gas.

Last time my wife always didnt get cheese on her burger as ordered.
Both orders were wrung up correctly based on receipt…just never received the right stuff sadly.
EDIT: They sent me some coupons that more than made up for it 🙂

I ordered a butterburger delux sub sourdough with fries, an order of onion rings with cheese sauce, and a order of the fish strips. I recieved my burger correct, NO fries, and a fish sandwhich. The guy taking the order was rude at the window. No hello. Nothing other than take the money and pull ahead. I should have known to check my bag. Now I all the way home, 25 minutes away after a long day of tests at the doctor, this is ridiculous. I literally go to absolutely no other fast food places aside from culvers. Now I don’t know if I will ever be back after this experience. Edited to add reciept photo.

Great Culvers food, but the front area was packed, and the manger refused to open another register. We watched two couples leave because of this. I made eye contact with the manager and pointed at the issue and she walked away. An employee saw the problem and tried to open a register and she came out and stopped him. We watched at least two employees standing around asking what they needed to do. The poor kid at the register seemed new and struggled taking our order when we finally got to the counter making multiple errors and having to ask another asst manager for help (who barked rude responses to him). Great food, bad management team sunday afternoon around 4:30.

Three of us went to Culver’s in cedar falls. We travelled from Minneapolis to Cedar falls and stopped here for food. We were all very hungry. There was a decent size queue at the order point and we were given tokens soon after ordering. Within next 5 minutes we were delivered the food. The food tasted excellent and all three of us enjoyed it. The ice cream was awesome. It completed my meal. I took chicken sandwich and Shrimp fry. It costed $11. And the small size ice cream costed only $3.
