Thank you Andrew for fantastic service! I like my malts a certain way. They’re impossible to order in the app. As are the pup cups for my Romeo. So I ventured inside to order. I encountered an adorable scene as 4 employees were all looking through the wall into the kitchen. Andrew turned around promptly to help me. Lucky me. He was very patient as I ordered my malt after confirming they have pup cups. I inquired about using a Free Chicken sandwich orange chip/coin that I recently found in a #geocache. Another employee( sadly I forgot his name) helped us both figure out what it was and how to use it. I decided I’ll save it for next time. Andrew insisted on making my malt himself to insure it was done as i asked. Thank you Andrew!! #heyCulvers #Romeo and I are enjoying our delicious treats before heading to bed. This is my 2nd 5 star experience at a Culvers today. #youshouldbehere

This is the first bad Culver’s I’ve ever been too and I didn’t know they existed. We love Culver’s,but we weren’t a fan of this location. Cold food that we waited awhile for. Several people just standing behind the counter and they weren’t very busy so that wasn’t the cause.

The Culver’s in Clear Lake, Iowa is outstanding! The food was fresh and delicious, but the service is what really stood out. Abby, Casey, Cameron, Gary, Parker, and John went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. They took our order of 11 burgers and 11 fries right before closing!! Such Angela and wonderful customer service and hospitality! Truly one of the best Culver’s experiences we’ve ever had!

We had a grilled chicken sandwich, mine was lukewarm, it had mayo on it, that I never requested. I told the cashier exactly what I wanted on it upon ordering.
It took forever for them to remake it, and by the time they got to our table, the person dining with me had already finished.
I then remembered that I had downloaded the new Culver’s app. I went up to see if they could refund it, and re- ring it up again scanning the receipt into the app. I had my receipt and there was a 25% off coupon in the app. Our nearly 30.00 in food purchases would’ve went toward future rewards too. They said they couldn’t do that, so we didn’t receive credit nor my discount. It seems to me, there should be a simple way for that transaction to happen, but I was told that it would “confuse the kitchen people.”
I would think that after supporting Culver’s since they opened the doors there years and years ago, we would’ve been treated with more respect regarding this request. Disappointing.

Clean location with a friendly staff located just off I-35. Culver’s always tastes better the closer you get to Wisconsin and this place is no exception. The double butter burger with cheese and cheese curds hit the spot for this road-weary traveler. I recommend washing it down the Culver’s Root Beer. Definitely a good choice to get your vittles!

Being 100% honest, this was the best Culver’s I’ve ever been to. The burger was probably the best I’ve ever had and the custard was phenomenal. The service was amazing too. Overall this was one of the best fast food restaurants I’ve ever been to.

Absolutely awful service!!! As a family of 6 we got our dinner food within 10 minutes but it took them just as long to give us ONE simply ice cream. No toppings, no extras just one scoop of chocolate ice cream. I saw it sitting right there on their counter, even heard one of the guys say that it was ready for us but nobody bothered to turn around and give it to us. It took about 10 more staff people to walk by it, look at the screen and all!! My only regret is that I didn’t ask the manger for a refund. Don’t bother with this place!

This Culver’s is fast, friendly & accurate. Nice atmosphere with seating both inside & out.
They by far have the best gluten free buns of the any fast food place. Docked a star bc everyone’s fries were soggy.
