My sister brought me here while I was visiting from Oklahoma. I got the new BBQ Burger with French fries and then we shared cheese curds. It was all pretty good! The fries need some salt, but they were fresh! I was full by the time we finished eating so I didn’t get to try their ice cream.

Drive thru accuracy is very poor. Missing items from orders has been an issue the last 3 visits. First it was condiments and straws for beverages, the last time two orders of fries were missing. This location needs to improve.

Had to repeatedly ask the guy taking my order to put Swiss on my sandwich. It seemed like he was ignoring my request. He finally got it. Then, the lady taking my money was yelling at her coworker behind her about screwing orders up. I then had to wait while all the cars around me got their food! An employee then approached me to ask me what my order was, I think thats what she was asking me, because she didn’t speak much English. She kept asking me questions in Spanish and didn’t appear to try and speak much English to me. I feel this is very bad customer service. Finally, I was able to read the bag she was holding and saw that it was, in fact, my order. Unfortunately, this seems to be a pattern at this Culver’s

Waited in pickup lane for over 15 minutes for a shake and mixer, went inside and the order was sitting on counter but they had sundae instead of mixer and insisted that’s what was ordered and wouldn’t remake it correctly so I asked for money back and they refused and argued so I left with no product and then keeping money. Called store when I left and was confronted with the same argumentative attitude and eventually had to hang up while manager on phone kept arguing about the order. Will not visit this place again, ever.

This Culver’s has been a great addition to the area, but is often super busy (which is to be expected). My only complaint is that the person taking drive-through orders is often super impatient and rushes people through the line. I understand he’s trying to keep the line flowing, but I don’t appreciate being rushed to order while I’m trying to listen to what others in my vehicle would like to order.
