Only when once due to the food my husband and I received. We both got burgers and no joke they were as thin as the lettuce. I don’t know how that happened but most of all why would they serve it to anyone when it’s hardly fit for a dog. We should have gotten our meals free or something.

The food we ordered was good. The coffee had no taste – it was like drinking colored water. The aroma and taste were like tea but the color was darker. I asked a server if there had been a mistake and it either was tea or the coffee hadn’t brewed correctly. I was assured it was coffee and they had recently purchased a different brand. I can’t think I was the first one to bring this to their attention. Alot of coffee is consumed in this town with Dutch heritage. When we left I had to go to another establishment to get a cup of good coffee. And Culver’s coffee isn’t cheap.

We went here for a sweet treat today (08/26/2025) and I wanted a hot fudge and banana shake. The employee told us that only one mix in is allowed. I have never ran into this problem at a Culver’s before and I am beyond disappointed.

Food at this location is absolutely horribly greasy. Like literally dripping grease. Workers are friendly and service fast but you can literally wring out the grease. When it soaks through both the burger box AND the bag and stills drips is a bit much I think. I love Culver’s but I’d stick with the custard at this location.

Always a great experience at the Pella Culver’s! The food is fresh, hot, and delicious every time—especially the ButterBurgers and cheese curds. Staff are friendly, quick, and attentive, making it feel like a small-town diner with the quality of a well-run restaurant. The place is always clean and welcoming, whether you’re dining in or hitting the drive-thru. Definitely my go-to spot in Pella for a great burger!
