Never been at this location & was just passing through. Have been at several other Culvers locations in Ohio before but was very disappointed in the serving size of the fish, fries & onion rings at this one. Are they changing the portion sizes? We did 2 orders from drive through. The 1st order was out quickly but I had to wait so long on 2nd order to be brought out that the 1st sandwich was then cold. Why wouldn’t you bring them out at the same time like you would have if we had eaten inside? Had a burger, fish dinner & roast sandwich.

Went through drive through with my husband on opening day. They gave us free custard for a year (one pint per month) because we were one of the first customers. I am a big fan of the chicken cashew salad and it was perfect. The other items we ordered were delicious, warm and fresh as expected.

Always Excellent! Pretzel bites were awesome. I had the mushroom swiss burger with grilled onions and mayonnaise with cheese curds. Excellent meal. Customer service was absolutely wonderful!

Selling two pieces of fish for $20. You are out of your mind Culver’s you should be closed down. You are a rip off to the public. You make me sick thinking that you actually think that’s OK. Do you know I can go to Scotty’s restaurant and get way more fish that’s actually real for like $13 go away out of our town go away !

On vacation in Ludington and saw that they now had a Culver’s. I never had their food before but had heard that they were good. I ordered a butter burger with cheese, fries, and a drink. The butter burger didn’t look anything like the delicious one in the picture, and the meat was as thin as cardboard and a sad gray in color. Not juicy looking like the picture, and tasted like cardboard. Fries were cold, drink was okay. I don’t know if I will ever give Culver’s another chance after that lousy meal.

I definitely have to say it’s the cleanest, friendliest, freshest Culver’s I have been to. Tho not going to hold back that I ordered a simple plain chicken breast with no toppings, buns, nor sides and it came to $6.52. Definitely seems on the high side considering what I received the value was not felt. I’d be back, tho I’ll be sure to order up a salad with chicken added at the same price…or near it. Yes, I understand it was my decision to order how I did, but do feel the price could have been more accommodating.
