20250706 Wow! Employees are so friendly and polite! I ordered a chicken cashew salad hoping my pup will eat the chicken. She’s not interested. The salad was ok. I wouldn’t get it again because the lettuce reminds me of bagged salad from the store, and the chicken felt and tasted processed. I ordered a cod sandwich, and told the cashier that I just wanted the fish and thry can skip the bread. He asked if I want to get just the fish instead of the sandwich. I didn’t know that was an option since this us my first time at a Culver’s. It was so nice if him to suggest. I should have eaten the fish right away instead if checking in the hotel and unpacking first. The fish already got cold amd it wasn’t crispy anymore. It was still good. I love that Culver’s appeared to love farmers .

The food is one of the good things about this location, when you can actually get it. The employees, they are very polite, understanding and deserve raises, and I understand very well how stressed they feel when there is no encouraged communication within the service. The problem I can see, and from whom it is being caused, is the managment. They are not suited for their positions. They should never be yelling at the employees for any reason, unless they don’t want good morale. The complete lack of self awareness is very obvious. In my experience as a leader, the problem is always what I failed to forsee, or what I failed to understand, never what my subordinates did. These employees DESERVE BETTER from people with such level of responsibility. Do better!

If you want to sit down and enjoy your food inside you will have the unfortunate run in with the cashier, justin. This is my local Culver’s. I came in a couple weeks ago for dinner. This was my first encounter with him. As I’m ordering my basket meal he interrupts me and shouts “I need to know what you want on the burger!”. He could have just said it but whatever, I tell him I want all the toppings. He again is yelling and at this point he points to the menu above at the toppings for burgers. This is not rocket science, anyway I just tell him the exact toppings. My friend orders his food and the cashier acts like he can’t hear him. My friend had to repeat himself twice and it wasn’t even loud in the restaurant. At the end of him taking our order I say “you need to work on your customer service.” And he just gave me a look.
Fast forward to last night. My friend and I go in to order. As I’m telling justin, the cashier, my order he has to correct me in a mocking tone. He then continues to tell me how I should be ordering. I don’t argue back I just say “great, that’s exactly what I wanted.” He was again rude to my friend as well.
I don’t understand why this guy is front facing customers when he is not at all personable nor friendly or upbeat. It’s a real shame because the food is very good but I would not recommend this location.

I was with my father and we ordered only 2 mixers and that’s it. and when I say they took forever. THEY TOOK FOREVER. Only people who were being served were drive thru orderers. IT EVEN STARTED MAKING A LONG LINE OF PEOPLE. After almost 40 minutes, my dad asked them why it was taking so long, the worker then said it was being made right now. THATS WHEN THEY FINALLY STARTED MAKING THE MIXERS. When we finally tasted them. They tasted all watered down. Never going here again

Absolutely terrible service as of late. The most recent time (11-21-25) was an absolute dumpster fire of service. They prioritize drive thru customers over dine in, so I hope you don’t feel like eating in there. We waited nearly an hour for food while car after car ordered and was served. Only after calling the store to ask what was happening from inside (because it was impossible to get anyone’s attention at the registers) did the food finally get brought out. People at tables everywhere were looking at each other hungry and wondering where their food was. Kids were screaming and crying throughout the dining room. All while car after car in the drive thru ordered and left. This was not an isolated incident. This is the new normal here. After all the time wasted waiting and dealing with the nightmare experience I got an “I’m sorry”. This restaurant doesn’t want to correct any of it and until it’s fixed, doesn’t deserve your money or patronage.

Went through the drive through very rude person. Could hear staff laughing about and making fun of customers. Had to wait for order along with all the other cars pulled over waiting. Finally got order which was missing things took bill in and they wanted to argue. Wonder how many of the cars drove off and found their orders short. Will never stop there again or recommend to anyone. Certainly one place to stay away from.

Ordered a cod dinner here and the experience with the cashier Justin was really off. When I asked what the other side options were besides coleslaw he just pointed at the menu and said “our options are on our menu.” Like okay, I can read, but isn’t your job to help customers? The whole interaction felt rushed but also weirdly stalled at the same time because he kept waiting for specific answers to his questions. He also has this really uncomfortable stare that just doesn’t break, made the whole thing awkward. When he asked about sauce for the fish it came across more like a demand than a normal question. Just felt really transactional and kind of irritated the whole time like taking my order was an inconvenience. The food itself was good but honestly the front counter experience was uncomfortable enough that I’m not sure I’ll be back. Customer service is a big part of the experience and this just wasn’t it. Someone who seems that impatient and unhelpful probably shouldn’t be the first face customers see when they walk in. Me, my family and friends will not be eating here again.

11.16.2025: around 7pm, I went through the drive thru at this Culver’s. I’m a T1D and my blood sugar was trending down so I needed carbs before driving 20 minutes to get home. I was blessedly with the sweetest, most helpful person on the intercom. I gave my order and she recommended making it a kids meal which was absolutely the right choice! I wish I’d gotten her name because I’d love to give her the credit she deserves. Her kindness and thoughtfulness truly made my entire night better. I know how exhausting customer service can be, I just want to say thank you for her help tonight

Last couple of drive through trips they forgot to put stuff in the bag so I’ve had to flag someone down and wait, one time the guy forgot he was getting my missing food and I had to flag someone else down, and what they finally brought me was a burnt.

But this last visit I ordered the 4 piece chicken fingers (no combo) without realizing the price had gone up.

Almost $10 for just the four pieces which are chicken nuggets not whole breast meat.

The ice cream is very delicious and the price is very reasonable. But the lady at the cashier wasn’t patient and she acted like she doesn’t understand our order till we showed her a photo from Google. However, I recommend it.
