1. The food was hot and the first fast food place in Alma I have eaten at in the past year that had hot fries.
2. They advertise as fast food…35 minute wait outside is not fast food. I rarely eat fast food, but because of the time I sat in my car at the curb, I won’t be likely to go again. I was actually just going to leave without my food when a lady came out with it. Just a single burger and fries. I also realize, there were at least 10 people waiting so I know I was not first in line.

We were greeted as soon as we entered. Christina was so gracious in changing my friend’s order when he changed his mind after she had entered it into the computer. Robin brought our food to our table and reminded us we could take the survey and get a free custard. Grilled chicken sandwich was made just how I asked with raw onion. Fries piping hot. My friend enjoyed his 2 piece walleye dinner.

This Culver’s has a horrible habit of pulling ahead ice cream only orders and then miraculously forgetting about them. Just waited 25 minutes for one concrete mixer after the whole drive-thru cleared out behind me. The workers never offered to check on my order as I nearly ran out of gas in the parking lot.

Constantly screw up orders. Order 10 piece shrimp and I get a 6 piece. If they don’t mess up that they forget to put the dinner roll in or your coleslaw. With this being said I love Culver’s just the Alma location needs some attention.

I have to say this was one of the faster culvers I have been to. There was only 2 people in front of me and by the time I had my ticket it was just me. After pulling forward it was 3 minutes and they were on their way with food. Good job culvers. And thank you

This is one of the slowest Culver’s you will find in Michigan. They also screw up your order and then forget to remake it after you complain. So now I’ve been waiting over an hour for 2 burgwes a fry and some cheese curds. Not acceptable if you want to charge premium prices

Me and my lovely wife went to Culver’s for some dinner. she wanting extra pickles on her chicken sandwich double checked with the worker for extra pickles. We get home and get ready to eat together she opens her sandwich up to check the pickles and there is one lonely pickle on her sandwich are you kidding me? It wasn’t even busy how lazy and inconsiderate are you guys!

If your out looking for gluten free then my friend they have great burgers. Some days they mess up orders some days they take a long time but they are a great restaurant so plz be kind and patient give them time we are all human we make errors and i my experience they are always friendly if you speak up about the wrong thay has happened to you they have made it right when this has occurred to me

I’m so glad we have a Culver’s at the Alma location , so many side items choice replacements for side items for sandwich baskets other than fries , and so many choices and on shake flavors , and soups, I love my Culver’s , so happy they are here in Alma , the service with a smile rocks to .
