I ordered last night. Decent size order. Ordered online for pick up. Most everything was great….. however I ordered 1 family size onion ring and 1 family fry…. I got two family onion rings. That was a bummer… I also ordered a grilled chicken sandwich….. It was a top bun and chicken breast…. That’s it… no bottom bun no lettuce tomato or mayo…. It was busy but I mean a sandwich without anything on it or a bottom bun…. I will go back I’m sure but it might take me a bit…

The inconsistency with the cooks is insane. If the menu doesn’t change, it shouldn’t change how it taste tastes or looks when ordered Unless especially customized. Instead of getting the proper amount of bags, they’d rather stuff everything into the least amount of bags and risk smashing all of your food! The staff is more than not rude after 3pm. I have spent a decent amount of money here and it’s just crazy How is the service And product of the food changes extremely

My husband and I decided to dine in and try their famous butter burger and new chicken sandwich combo. Our food was made to order and was brought out to us. It was so hot and delicious!! The customer service was top tier!! We were greeted as we walked in and as we left. The dining area was very clean. We will definitely be coming back!! Great experience all around!!

This might be the happiest group of employees I’ve ever seen anywhere, and it seems very sincere. Kyle is always a joy to be served by. The food is usually great, the rootbeer is a highlight, but the people are why we keep coming back.

Love their burgers the crisp lettuce fresh tomatoes pickles and that butter burger spicy chicken is always hot the milkshakes are incredible just can’t get enough I’m excited talking about it. update 03/11/25 best fast food you can possibly order. It’s always fresh the food is neat hot.Customer service is the best.I have been here over 30 times now and had to take my order in only once i love the walleye also chili cheese fries The cod is alright coleslaw is delicious. Very disappointed with my visit today! My fish was heavily battered and undercooked. Asked for fresh well done fries and received cold uncooked fries. For the cost of the food at this restaurant the food should never be cold and undercooked. Let me not forget to mention the dinner roll was hard, coleslaw was so old it was mushy, and the slice of the lemon was so small I wouldn’t even consider it a slice more like a sliver. With the cost of everything going up, when I do splurge it won’t be at Culver’s.

They put a number on your car and they was fast. Loved the Food and it was hot. Burger was not dried out and it appeared to be real Burger and not a pre made pressed on. I figured the line would take forever but did not. I am very happy being my first time here. I never give 5 stars because there is alway room for improvement but these guys don’t have much if anything love it.

It’s a super busy place. Centrally located on Miller Rd a main Rd in the city. The food is always good though with consistent quality and pricing. There is plenty of parking, seating (indoor & outdoor), and you can get in and out easily. The service is mostly good; friendly and fast. Culver’s as a whole is a little more expensive than some burger / ice cream chains but you pay for the quality which I’ll happily do. This particular one is a favorite of mine because I can do so much else before or after. Get beauty treatments or go shopping. Hotels are nearby also.
