This location recently opened and it’s very clean and well maintained. The staff members were also very friendly. Even though the store was quite busy, they kindly let us know there would be a short wait and handled everything very professionally.
The burger was delicious as always. Even though it’s a franchise, it didn’t feel like typical fast food. Everything tasted fresh. I really like their concept of cooking fresh, never-frozen beef patties to order. You can definitely taste the difference.
Overall, it was a great experience and I’ll definitely be coming back.

I had great expectations and was happy I didn’t have to travel so far to another Culver’s.
I waited in drive through 10 minutes after my order was taken. There was only one car ahead of me.
I asked for a single cheeseburger with everything and extra pickles. The only thing on it other than cheese was extra pickles and nothing else. It tasted as though half a box of salt was dumped on it.
All my fries were at the bottom of the bag. I had no condiments at all.
It sounded like there was more giggling and talking than attention to orders or service.
If you plan to be there and have good business you need to get it together.
I’ll go back to Wixom where fast food really is fast and service is better.

Got home, both sandwiches had mayo on them, and no cheese curds.
I guess 40% accuracy is OK for some people. Not me.

A little disappointed I wanted a Oreo and cheesecake ice cream tree however I paid $5.55 for vanilla ice cream with nearly nothing mixed in . I wasted five dollars and I could’ve went to Dairy Queen or somewhere else where I started to go, but there were probably like two or three pieces of Oreos in there and maybe one cheesecake piece in there, not exaggerating. I wish I could take a picture of it and I paid extra for cheesecake and I got barely none so pretty disappointed as this was my first time going to the no by one I was very excited because I live in commerce in that commerce Culver’s usually OK, but I probably won’t be coming back to this one unfortunately .

If the grand opening is anything like they way this store will be run in the future you might want to think about new management. I don’t think why know what their doing at this location. We will be going back to Wixom location. Really bad start at this location.
