The food was great! The gentleman bringing out trays when we visited today was AMAZING. He was so friendly, and you could tell he truly loves his job and cares about everyone who comes in. We need more employees like that! Just because of that, I’ll make sure to stop here and hope he’s working! His stories made me and my husband smile, sometimes it’s the little things to make the whole experience!!

My go to slow fast food chain. Double Deluxe with Onion Rings and Cheese Curds as my tasty side treats. Consistently tasty and prepared fresh. This location meet all expectations and had ample parking for the drive through plus curbside order pick up parking.

This place was very friendly. A very happy hello as soon as I walked in the door, a pleasant ordering experience. My food was out quickly and as delicious as always. Smash burgers and fries were great. Good flavor we really enjoyed the burgers. They also recommended the fish “the best fish sandwich any where” it’s was very good. I didn’t don’t think we had Culvers in Ohio, I was pleased to learn we do have them. Great selections, courteous staff clean restrooms and dining area!

Standard Culver’s quality. They do have different flavor of the days then some others. The decor is a tad dated but they keep it really clean. The water filter needs to be changed on the soda machine. Otherwise, the manager was awesome. Really friendly, patient and professional. Hopefully he owns a franchise soon!

Twice in the last month or so we ordered the cod dinners, the first time the fish wasn’t crispy at all and stuck together and the onion rings were burnt!
We thought well maybe the chef had a bad night and tried again a couple weeks later, this time once again the fish wasn’t crispy and the onion rings were so salty and stuck together that we ate a few and tossed the rest.
I have given this same feedback on the Culver’s application and received no response.
Too bad, guess we will try elsewhere!
