I’m extremely disappointed and disgusted with this location’s customer service and cleanliness. The last two times I visited, it has been nothing but a letdown. The first time I went, I was given three individual burnt burgers—so burnt they were inedible. I decided to give the location another chance tonight, and unfortunately, the experience was just as bad.
This time I dined in and ordered a deluxe cheeseburger with an extra slice of cheese. When my food was brought out, I noticed the burger didn’t just lack the extra cheese I paid for—it had no cheese at all. I went to the counter, showed them the burger, and explained the issue. The woman who helped me was extremely rude, acting as if the mistake was my fault and making me feel like I was trying to scam them for free cheese. I showed her my receipt, and she said they would remake the burger.
When they brought out the “remade” burger, it was clear they had simply taken the same burger, placed three pieces of ice-cold cheese straight from the fridge on top, and handed it back to me. Who wants unmelted, cold cheese on already cold patties? At that point I was so frustrated with the laziness and lack of care that I lost my appetite and ended up throwing the whole burger away.
Another major issue was the overall cleanliness of the restaurant. There was trash on the dining room floor in multiple areas, and several tables and seats still had residue from previous customers. The condiment station was dirty, the trash can was overflowing, and the restroom was filthy—urine on the floor, paper towels overflowing onto the ground, and a broken soap dispenser. As the old saying goes: if the bathrooms are this dirty, imagine how the kitchen looks.
I’ll be uploading photos of the cold cheese, the dirty dining room, the dirty condiment area, and the restroom. I did not take photos of the urine, as that felt inappropriate to share.

I highly recommend Culver’s. It stands out for its exceptional fast food and home-style quality. One of my customers’ children had a positive experience with Culver’s, and I developed a fondness for their food, particularly the chicken sandwich. The team is also highly commendable for their friendliness and professionalism. I am advocating a salary raise for the team , as they deserve it. I am sharing this positive review freely, as Culver’s deserves recognition for its exceptional service.

The owner, Dereck, took my order today. He was amazing! Super friendly and helpful with suggestions. The atmosphere was upbeat and positive with all the employees. Incredibly busy and I see why! Food was made to order and delicious. I got a double cheeseburger, onion rings, and a chocolate malt. Everything was perfect especially the onion rings. Hot and crispy! It has been a while since I have received service like this with the quality of food I got. Prices were reasonable considering. If you’re tired of premade food that sits in a warmer and employees that don’t care about giving good service, then I highly recommend this Culver’s.

The food is a little pricey so I ordered a kids meal and I was full. The burgers are what a normal size burger used to be. Their burgers are bigger than burger king and McDonald’s. The fries were good and the beef patty was a good quality meat. I went to the drive thru, it was busy I had to pull up and wait on my food for about 2-3 minutes.

Family.loves eating here, but for me i would not go.back. drive thru order last time, got home and food was missing. Very pricey too! Way more places to eat for.better price and quality.

The burgers are good, but this location raises the prices every couple weeks. adding mushrooms is wayyyy more than other nearby locations as well. i believe this might be the most expensive Culvers in the state. while i enjoyed it for a while, i dont think ill be going back to this location anymore because the prices are just too high compared to other nearby locations.

2/22/26 between 6pm-8pm 2nd time Ordered food from here twice, both times food was cold and fries were drenched in salt. Burger was made beyond sloppy buns were literally not on top of the meat. Last night was the final straw! I ordered my family and I some Oreos custards and the safety seals were nearly off exposing the top, so the delivery driver could have tapered w/our custards we’ll never know because this Culver’s location failed to insure our safety was secured!! The fries alone tasted as if someone had took a bag of salt and just poured the entire pack onto our fries. The burger looked as if they just tossed everything in there & closed the box. Everything tasted horrible , custard was not secured & had 75% melted. Never again!!!

First time trying this, my brother said this is as close to in and out as we have out here, and he was right. Good burger, fresh and tasty, different than in and out but good, fries are ok.. I liked it, vanilla shake not as good as in and out

This locations good until about 7pm. Then all of a sudden they forget their jobs or that there are people waiting 10+minutes at the microphone while the parkinglots empty, or 15 minutes for a single item order because they would rather have conversations. Instead of hand out the paid for products.

Culver’s has the BEST fast food hamburger, hands down! I generally eat here once a week on average. The frozen custard is great too!
