So excited about this Culver’s. The staff inside was so incredible and everyone was so friendly and attentive. Matt was awesome taking our order and Gavin went above and beyond to get our table napkins. Really loved the service and the food was just as yummy!

I was happy to see a Culver’s open closer to me. Roseville isn’t too far of a drive but I’ve always gotten excellent service there and the food was top notch.
I see the reviews here are mixed, but restaurants usually have to work out their kinks when they first open. I went in and was greeted immediately. Service was quick and polite. All my food was hot and tasty, so no complaints.
It had more of a fast food vibe compared to casual dining that I’ve seen at other Culver’s. It is a repurposed bank as well, so it’s fun seeing the large metal safe door still in place.
They have plenty of parking and a bit of a funky drive thru area where I believe the intent is to wait in the lot so they can deliver it to you (I ordered inside do I did not test this).
Hope this place is successful and they can work their way up to Culver’s high standards.

Culvers is a pretty great place. There was only one time out of probably a dozen where the burger was sloppy & thrown together (obviously not Culvers fault, just a worker who didn’t care).
This joint has great food & very good customer service, 9 times out of 10 Culvers has very friendly & respectable workers. It makes me happy, I’m sure management has a lot to do with that, either that or they just employ very friendly people.. 🙂

Warned about this Culver’s, was informed go to Roseville it 80% better. Decided to give Mack Avenue one a try as it was closer. Completely jacked up my order to go. Gave me a Coke Zero instead of regular coke. Ordered a single butter burger with bacon deluxe. Got nothing but a single piece of bacon no condiments and was thrown together like a McDonald’s cheese burger. This place won’t last long if they don’t get some quality control going soon. Won’t be back

Boy oh boy, I swear this store is having a hard time. I have been here four times since they open since they are a hop skip from my home. And when I tell you each time each time out of the four there has been an issue the service is terrible. Please check your order before leaving. The simplest instructions cannot be followed. I asked for the lemon wedge not to be put in the box with my fish because it makes your fried fish very soggy and unpleasant by the time you get it home you have a doughy soggy mess and I live less than 10 minutes. I’m going to try this one more time today and tell them to leave the lemon wedge off… If I have one problem I swear I’m calling corporate. It is a jumbled mess as far as customer service and the quality of the food the lettuce has been wilted in my salad I do not any longer trust their sides because my coleslaw was rotten. And as I said this is for a store that hasn’t even been open a 4-6 months. Come on Culver’s get it together.

I came through this Culver’s a couple weeks ago and they left half my order out. I live awhile away so I called because I wanted a refund as I was not going to drive all the way back. I was told they would put my name in a “book” and I could come in any time at my convenience to get the food I was owed. I came all the way back at a later date just to be told that my name was not in the book.
So I’ve wasted my time and money not once, but twice at this location. The “book” system is idiotic and the service is bad. Very disappointing and will not be back.

This Culver’s went in really quickly! Locals were shocked to see it had gone up seemingly over the weekend. Other reviews mention a lack of signage–I agree with this wholeheartedly. I pulled into the lot assuming they had a drive-thru, but it’s very unclear where it is. They used the parking lot creatively (I believe this used to be a bank, if I remember correctly), but it is TIGHT. Be careful going through the line, especially if there are larger SUVs waiting for their food after the window–I could barely fit my Kona through a space between an Escalade and an F150. I didn’t go inside, but a friend said the inside space was nice and comfortable. The service was great–the woman working the window was so kind and upbeat. I will definitely go back!
