This was my second visit to Culver’s and it didn’t disappoint! I still recommend this location who loves great food and service!
Great food with excellent service!
I entered the restaurant and was greeted promptly. The young man took my order in a friendly manner. I ordered the Mushroom and Swiss basket, which came with crinkle fries and a medium soft drink. He ensured that I knew that it only came with mushrooms and Swiss cheese, which was perfect for me.
The dining room was clean and well organized. The drink tower area was clean and stocked as well.
My order came out approximately 3 to 4 minutes after I ordered, which is awesome!
My sandwich was hot, fresh, and well made. The French fries were hot and fresh as well. I even observed an employee going around the dining room, checking to see if everything was ok. I was pleased to see this, as it’s not common for fast food restaurants anymore.
I would highly recommend this location, to anyone who loves great food with amazing service!

My kids only like culvers when we go out. I had never been to one. I was inspired. All of these restaurants have been exquisite in all the categories. We live in Genesee County. We’ve been to a few.
This was the worst experience we have ever had. Missed half of our 3 person order, 2 of them being kids meals. Just lost all future business due to incompetency. I swore I went to a culvers and not McDonalds.

Huge shoutout to Lance! Very kind, and fun guy. Took our order, made great conversation, and our meals were great. It’s very rare to enjoy a sit down meal at a chain restaurant, but Lance was super kind- and while we are not in this area very often, I would drive out here again just for the friendly service! And the place was very tidy too. 🙂

Absolutely one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had.
We ordered 3 sandwiches and 2 kids’ meals. Somehow, they managed to mess up almost every single item:
• Burgers had onions when we asked for none
• One burger was a single instead of a double and came plain
• Another burger had everything on it after we asked for items removed
• Cold fries
• Missing sourdough bread we specifically ordered
That’s not a small mistake—that’s a complete failure to read an order.
When we called the store, an employee named Marissa flat-out said she didn’t want to tell the manager because she was scared of getting in trouble for messing up a “big order.” Huge red flag. Even worse, she then blamed us, the customers, for the order being wrong. That alone tells you everything you need to know about how this place is run.
We asked for the manager, Tyler, and then his boss, Jeremy. Both were useless. Instead of fixing THEIR mistakes, they expected us to drive 25 minutes back with sick kids and bring the incorrect food just to get it corrected. No apology. No accountability. No attempt to make it right.
Let me be clear:
This location does not care about customers.
They don’t own their mistakes.
They don’t value your time.
And they definitely don’t deserve your money.
If you’re thinking about stopping here—don’t. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else.

We were really looking forward to trying this newer Culver’s location, but unfortunately, our experience left us pretty disappointed. When we arrived, the dining area wasn’t as clean as we’d expected. Many of the tables had debris on them, and we ended up having to clean our own since the available sanitation buckets didn’t seem very well maintained.
We placed our order through the app as the signage on the tables suggested, but it took about 30 minutes before someone brought our food and even then, the young man seemed unsure if it was actually ours. Sadly, our drinks and cups were missing, so we had to track those down ourselves, which added to the confusion.
Most of the food arrived only slightly warm and didn’t appear fresh or particularly appetizing, which was disappointing considering we spent $95 for a party of seven. It didn’t feel like the value we’re used to at other Culver’s locations.
Overall, we were surprised by how rundown and unkept this location felt, especially since it’s relatively new. We hope this feedback is helpful, as we’ve had great experiences with Culver’s in the past and would love to see this location reach that same standard.

We stopped by this chain to grab a bite to eat. We haven’t been to a Culver for a long time. The menu boards were so crowded with so many different choices that it would take a PHD to fully understand what to order. They should really consider simplifying their menus. We decided on the cod sandwich meal with fries and a root beer float. The cod was a bit oily and greasy. The cod meat was good but the breading was just too oily for us. The cashier, however, was superb, very friendly and knowledgeable to help us narrow our choices. He was the bright spot. Unfortunately, the other staff who delivered our food to our table forgot my float so I ended up going to the front counter. Overall, it was okay not something that I would get on a weekly basis, not to mention that it was a bit pricey too.

Absolutely amazing food, go here whenever me and my family get fast food. Amazing service inside and the workers are so nice and friendly! Just one problem: whenever we go through the drive through the service is slow and we get the wrong order. Absolutely amazing atmosphere! Whenever me and my family go, my kids are just looking around at everything. I would give it 4.5 stars if I could. Always going here for fast food whenever I want fast food. Always coming back!

I placed a simple drive-thru order for an Oreo custard and ended up wasting 45 minutes of my day for nothing. I sat in the drive-thru so long that the line literally wrapped around me twice. I finally went inside to figure out what was happening, only to stand in another long line just to get a refund.
The staff told me my order “never went through,” meaning I would’ve just sat there endlessly with zero communication and no customer care. Absolutely ridiculous. No sense of urgency, no proactive service, and no acknowledgment of the inconvenience.
I will never return to this location and can’t recommend it to anyone. Total waste of time.
