Order a Turtle Sunday that was almost 7 dollars and it was so small it literally took eight small bites to finish. I brought it up to the cashiers attention and he says that is the size of their small Sundays. What are total rip-off I will never buy from Culver’s again.

Our first Culver’s experience was definitely memorable one! G.M. David was absolutely incredible, his attention to detail, and to every customer experience was above what I expected. The staff radiates customer care and customer service. That is definitely coming from the top! We do not eat out often however will be returning.

Lots of free parking, public washroom available. Food was warm and delicious. Lots of dine space available. Milk shake was concrete solid and was not overly sweet like other fast food, which I like. Customer service was so wonderful. Lots of staff and nice hospitality. They forgot my three drinks but then I was helped right away. They have mayo sachets as well. I am pretty sure they would have free wifi. Drive through available. Nice location in good neighborhood. Prices are ok.

My drive thru server was so kind and sweet girl! Her name Dynasty was a sweetheart & excellent fast service. The chicken sandwich was cooked perfect and my husband had deluxe burgers no complaints! Thanku Dynasty for being so polite. Will be driving thru again

The food was pretty good— love that they offer gluten free buns and grilled chicken for food allergy folks. The staff was all super friendly and polite, and the restaurant was VERY clean, including the restrooms.

Customer service was excellent. Very friendly guy working the counter. Was extremely disappointed to get to work 5 minutes later and discover my sandwich was wrong(no cheese or bacon on spicy chicken). Food is fine, but it’s hard to enjoy it when you’re disappointed right off the bat.

Every time I come to the Taylor Culvers something either tastes off , or something is messed up. Seriously I think the last 3 times there’s an issue, and im not one to complain.
This last time on Jan 31st 2026 I ordered a single butter burger . Upon sight it was smashed. I mean the top bun looked like someone set a gallon of milk on top of it.
There was literally like 2 shreds of lettuce. The 2 pickle slices were covering and hiding the lettuce. I had to lift the pickle slice to see the tiny baby lettuce.
I will stick with the Southfield rd Culvers from now on….Taylor has had too many chances

Me and my family came in and david helped us and he gave my son and daughter christmas ornaments to color and definitely brightened up our day. He had amazing customer service and just and all around nice person. He made our experience amazing just with an amazing personality.
