Good spot! Fast, hot, and always tasty. Giving a less than stellar review because I’ve ordered bacon on a burger 3x times and EVERYTIME they forget to add it. Staff attentiveness could be increased.

Overall, solid location, yummy food, pleasant people. Would love to actually get what I ordered. Just double check before you leave.

The food was great! I got a chicken sandwich and pretzel bites and they were awesome. The service was also good. The food came quickly and the atmosphere was very nice and clean.

Food was overall really great here. I’ve gotten lots of things on the menu and they’re all really good. Service is great. Atmosphere is great. Would really recommend going here. I’ve had it multiple times couple times it’s made me sick and I’ve got food poisoning. But beside that it’s worth going. My favorite thing on the menu is the is the fish sandwich. It made me throw up but taste delicious, Great place, I would definitely recommend.

Typically has good food but they clearly do not have adequate staff. In the order systems are flawed remember it’s 2026 it’s not 1995 anymore You guys need to do better with the order system. I could write a better order system in visual basic.

I absolutely love Gavin. First time here, Gavin was of great help.Directed me through the menu and taught me everything to know about butterburgers and concrete mixers. Gavin needs a promotion asap. He went up and above the call of culver’s to help us out on this lovely experience. Thank you Gavin.

I gave 3 stars only for taste. When first opened, they were on the ball. The food and custard was perfect. I’m seeing a downward trend now..very disappointing. Beware, some staff will automatically charge you a double burger if you don’t specify single…shady tactics…like who does that??!! The concrete mixers have less toppings and barely mixed now. And the sundaes are thrown together. First pic is how is once was, the other is an example of what it is now. More training and monitoring is needed for this location.

Culver’s is my favorite fast food restaurant. They are the best managed franchise by far. The food is always fresh in the service is second to none.

Beware if you come here at 3:00 p.m. on school days…the kids like to come here after school (anywhere between 10-20 kids at a time). They are loud, disrespectful, utilize the whole area making it impossible to walk thru to get to your table (occupying the whole aisle with either their backpacks or themselve – even standing over your table to talk (basically screaming at each other), swearing, throwing stuff, jumping on each other, kicking & punching each other. Bringing it up to management is a waste, they won’t do anything about it claiming they aren’t being destructive & that they can’t do anything about it. I say all it takes is one slip & fall either from the kid or a customer & Culver’s might think twice about their policy of allowing this type of behavior in their establishment. It’s very bad & rude behavior & disrespectful to other paying customers to have to endure this while trying to have a peaceful dining experience & Culver’s should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this & not doing anything about it…they need to either patrol the area more or allow a time limit.

The wait was long, food was ok, cost for two adult meals and a child’s meal was $35. Cheese curds were good when hot, fries were not as good as McDonalds or Wendy’s. Burger was tasteful but not as good as Wendys, tomato was NOT ripe and they advertise ripe tomatoes. Lemonade was very watered down and when I pointed it out to the person who brought our food out, he said thanks for letting me know, but didn’t offer to change it out for one that was full strength. The one thing that was pretty good was the concrete mixer, we choose Andes Mints and chocolate custard, the mints were chunky and well distributed throughout the flurry and very plentiful. Overall, I think we will skip Culver’s and go to Wendy’s.
