Me and my son stopped at Culver’s and got cheese curds that were soggy and just plain bad. We called right away to let them know, and they told us we only had one hour or they couldn’t do anything about it. We said we could bring them back, but when we asked for the name of the person we were talking to, they hung up on us. When we called again, it sounded like the same person, but she acted like she didn’t know who we were talking about — then hung up again. Very unprofessional customer service. Tried calling corporate and left a message, but no response yet. Definitely not the kind of service I expected from Culver’s.

I am a long time customer of this location. The curd burger looked so good online, but it’s nothing like the photos in real life. We ate it because it was expensive. The service was not good this time around either unfortunately. The cashier was mad that we asked for the sauce (that was supposed to come with our pretzels). We paid $40 for two meals and some extra other sides. Was the sauce too much to ask for? ‍♀️

Culver’s is one of my familes favorite fast food places to go. We always have a pleasant experience. Our recent visit was on the weekend. Everything came out great. Nolan brought the food to us. He was very polite and attentive. He made sure he took to see we had everything we needed. It was nice to not have an employee just rush right away.

I actually love Culver’s but they dropped the ball big time the other day. I placed an online order checked in before I got there and still had to wait 20 min for my food. The girl explaining why I had to wait was argumentive and was saying the same thing..”we didn’t have your ticket” which I could not understand because I was there in person and physically checked in, again after checking in online! I asked 3 different ppl if my order was up and each time I got “it’s being prepared..just a couple of minutes”. I tried to call the next day to speak with a manager who told me she ‘heard about my situation ” and was actually there that night before when this occurred (who never came up front but let an employee handle me). I told her an apology goes a long way and I did not get that once from her worker or her…then when I asked her name she hung up in my face! I also want to note: I was not loud, or obnoxious either time in person or on the phone. I found this very unprofessional.. the owner really needs to look into who they choose to manage their location. I only asked for an explanation of the online order process and couldn’t even get that. And to make matters worse, after waiting all that time for my food, it was still cold when I got home in less than 10 minutes! I won’t be back….

My experience at Culver’s on Wednesday was pretty good, the staff was very welcoming. The nice young lady who delivered my food to my table was very nice and respectful. But one of the lady’s who was packing the food the manager I’m guessing was screaming very loud me and my husband heard her in the dining room area. She was very loud and angry at the staff one of the young gentleman called her destiny my husband said so I’m guessing that’s her name, but overall I had an ok experience and the food was excellent.

I’ve been to almost every Culver’s from Saint Clair Shores to Southfield. This is the only Culver’s that gives me a cold shake that I can eat with a spoon I think what happens at the other restaurants as they make the shake when they make the meal so the shake sits out on the counter and by time you get it, it’s soup, but this Culver’s must make the shake right before they give it to you because you need to eat it with a spoon every timeI’ve never gotten a soupy shake at this Culver’s. It’s my favorite Culver’s and Eye Dr 20 minutes to experience this.

Love the food! They always make it to order so it’s not sitting around under lights waiting for you. For that reason you wait a while for your food so just don’t go if you are in a hurry. Also I don’t like that they recently changed it so you get your food and shake at the same time. They used to give you your shake after you paid and then you only have to wait for the food. Now I get my ice cream and it’s too melted. Or you are waiting 7-10 mins and you cane even enjoy a snack while you wait! It’s a chain thing, not a decision made by just this location. I just think it’s dumb.

I know the foods good. But what made this decision different was the atmosphere and the customer experience. I felt welcomed and like family. Destiny was on the counter and I placed a Togo order and grabbed a few things of the fun flavored ice creams. Destiny was attentive to me and my needs and addressed my concerns and allergies with compassion and sensitivity. She’s a fun lighthearted and professional person. when I got my order she was posting photos the children colored in the lobby. Extremely family friendly.

This is the second time in two weeks my food was very greasy it literally squirted out when I picked it up the fish customer service was terrible coleslaw was warm they screwed up my order again management there is very rude and unprofessional will go out of my way to wixom Michigan much better atmosphere there. The owner needs to send in people to investigate their management they need to correct their management especially on day shift

Surprisedly busy on the Sunday evening! Stopped by here on the way back from airport, looking for a quick but reasonable dinner. This place is packed with people. There is a bit of wait, but overall the food quality is up to the Culver’s typical standard.
