Even though the food was good. The wait on was bad. Then when finally getting our order it was all wrong. Had to go up to the counter 3 times till they got our order right. We love Culver’s and we understand they are new and it does get hectic. The manager was polite and apologized and refund some of our order in which I thank her. All in all it’s a very nice place and good food. I do recommend them.

I am beyond disappointed with my experience at the Dundee location today. I’ve been a long-time fan of Culver’s, but the “single scoop” of custard I was served was absolutely minuscule. It didn’t even come close to the standard 4.5-5 ounce portion that Culver’s is known for. It looked more like a sample than a paid serving.
It is incredibly frustrating to pay full price for a premium product only to be handed something so undersized. The kitchen staff and management need to get their act together and ensure they aren’t handing off subpar portions to paying customers. A “single” shouldn’t look like a mistake.
Until this location can figure out how to provide a consistent, honest scoop, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Do better.

Y’all need to train your staff on how to handle cash payment. I’ve come here twice and as soon as I hand over exact change or, for example, $20.27 on a total of $17.27, everyone’s brain starts to melt down. Not everyone is going to pay with card. If you aren’t going to accept pennies anymore, that’s fine, but you have to reprogram your Point Of Sale system to round to the nearest nickel or something. This is the second time I’ve had to instruct the cashier how to give back change.
