I usually get a size medium at most fast food, and WOW! I was full! I’ve really only been to Culver’s once or twice prior, so I couldn’t really remember how it was, and it’s been a long time. I loved the burger, the fries were crispy but soft inside. Food was hot, fresh, and fast. The staff was very friendly and kind.

Food taste good but service sucks. Didn’t give us straws for our drink, ordered marinara sauce for our cheese curds and didn’t get it. Also made an order of their pretzel bites and didn’t get those either. Definitely the worst one I’ve been too.

Completely unacceptable drive-thru experience. We ordered 2 corn dogs, 1 cheese curd, 1 medium fry, and 1 mac and cheese. After waiting about 5 minutes, we were handed our bag and drove off, only to find that the cheese curds and fries were missing entirely.
To make it worse, the receipt shows we were charged for two fries instead of one, meaning we were missing three items total — over half of our order. This wasn’t a complicated order, yet it was still messed up.
Being overcharged and sent away missing most of our food is frustrating and careless. For a place that prides itself on quality and service, this was a major letdown. Double-check your bag and receipt if you come here — clearly the staff didn’t.

This is the worst Culvers. Just moved here and this Culvers consistently gets my order wrong every time. I do the online curdside, the order will be clearly wrong, I’ll ask the runner “are you sure this is right?” “Oh yea it’s all there.” Nope, no it isn’t. Missing items, completely incorrect items every time. I’ll just drive to Howell or Wixom next time.

Culver’s had the best (Butter) Burger that I have ever eaten. They also sell good seafood. The young Lady was very nice and explained the whole the whole menu to us “out of towners” The restaurant was exceptionally clean, even at a very busy time of the day

Visited today around 3:00 ordered walleye sandwiches no cheese or tartar sauce to go. Young lady that took the order was great! She was told to do something else I waited about 20 mins for my sandwich. It was just a piece of fish! I told another young lady it was supposed to be a sandwich. Took another 5 minutes. The store wasn’t extremely busy and I counted at least 7 staff members. There is something definitely wrong with that particular store! Plus stated could not find my receipt. Get that store in order!!

Got a gluten free burger and also got pretzel bites and they PUT THEM in the same bag when it was an allergy then offered to put it in a different bag and did NOT care about it at all.
