Food was good but incredibly small portion of custard. I have been going to Culver’s for 20 years and this is disappointing! Looking at other reviews for this location, this is a common problem and management chooses not to correct it. I have a photo i would post if allowed. I will go elsewhere!

This location is terrible. We ordered two meals, and when we got back we realized neither of our sides was included in the bag. When I called the store, I was told my only options were to return that same night or receive a coupon in the mail. They explicitly stated they do not issue refunds for incorrect orders.
Because the location was closing in 10 minutes and I was unable to return in time, I agreed to the coupon. I was assured that the coupon could be used at any location, since I don’t live in the area and was traveling for work.
Fast forward to today: the coupons arrived in the mail, and they are only valid at that specific location. As a result, I’m out the money I spent, and my issue was never actually resolved. This entire situation has been incredibly frustrating, and the store failed to follow through on what they promised. I will now have to contact Culver’s directly to try to get this fixed.

We came all the way to Ann Arbor to stop at the Culver’s. We were leaving Michigan without the Great Taste of Culver. We were the first ones in, got served quickly, got exactly what we wanted and the food tasted, oh so good. This location in Ann Arbor is a definite recommend.

Culver’s is one of my favorite fast-food restaurants, and this new Ann Arbor location doesn’t disappoint! The food is consistently delicious, and the service is fast and friendly. The location is incredibly convenient, with a large parking lot and proximity to Meijer, Best Buy, Total Wine, and Dick’s Sporting Goods. It’s the perfect spot for a meal before or after running errands!

Horrible!!! I ordered the flavor of the day Georgia Peach ice cream because it looks so good on the sign. The employee who took my order said there were 2 scoops in the picture, so I paid for 2 scoops, but when I received my product, it was barely one scoop and had almost no slices or even bits of peaches in the ice cream at all. I asked the same employee if he could add a little bit more to the product I was served. Instead, he went to get the manager who told me that she couldn’t add any more to it and argued with me about how much was actually in the cup. I told her that it doesn’t look anywhere near the amount that is in the picture so she decided to make up excuses and lie to me instead of actually just adding a little bit more to the cup I had already been served. She acknowledged that the customer is always right when I asked her if she knew that and said that i’m not going to get any more , so she took the product from me and gave me a full refund for it. That is extremely poor customer service! I didn’t even get to taste ice cream. This manager would rather give back money than just add a tiny bit of ice cream to my cup to make it full, which it should have been in the first place. Do not go here. Go to a different Culver’s, but never ever come to this one because you will get cheated out of your food that you paid for and you will get very bad customer service and the manager is horrible and does not believe in making the customer happy.

Culver’s in Ann Arbor is a fantastic spot for fast food! Their ButterBurgers are always fresh and delicious, and the frozen custard is the perfect treat to top off a meal. The staff is friendly, and the service is consistently quick and efficient. It’s a great place to grab a bite whether you’re dining in or taking food to go. Definitely a standout in the fast-food scene!

I got the cod dinner and asked for 3 shrimp on the side. I did not receive the shrimp, cocktail sauce, tarter sauce or coleslaw. This was a drive thru order I tried to go inside and get this fixed but a long line and 5 people standing around with blank stairs were not willing to help me. Yes,I was charged for the shrimp and understand that the Management at this location will not be helpful in anyway. Don’t go to this location and complain to thier corporate office if you have issues.
