Best in the region overall service. 5 stars on cleanliness. 5stars on food quality. 5 stars on staff. Having operated many staffs all my professional life, this reminds me of a unit I’d run. CELL PHONES. One of the most common downfalls for businesses. Employees are to place their cell phones in a box, on the counter. No cell phones during work. Excellent idea and should be a standard for all businesses. Excellent job Culver’s. 5 stars!

After 6+ years of eating at Culver’s…the Jackson Rd. Location is the only Culver’s I have experienced bad service at. I attempted to give them another chance yesterday, but once again they fell short. Instead of giving them by business for a second time. I simply drove to the Chelsea Culver’s, which always has amazing customer service. I will no longer waste my time on the Jackson Rd. Location.

This culvers used to be great. Don’t got here past 6pm or they will just get a simple order wrong. A couple of days ago I ordered a burger with only cheese and ketchup and they added mustard onto it. This time I sat in the drive through for 30 minutes for a pub burger and cheese burger with only ketchup, get home just to discover both burgers are wrong. The cheese burger has lettuce, mayo, onion, and tomato and the pub burger only had onion, cheese, ketchup, mustard and tomato.

Very yummy! Friendly and helpful staff! Indoor seating is back open! Love the milkshakes!!!! Only vegan option is French fries and potentially onion rings. And the sides are the only vegetarian option.

Discovered Culvers and got decently surprised. The burgers themselves come out crisp and juicy, and just taste good all around. Their menu selection is mad, though i’d stick to the burgers. The desert selection here is equally as mad, with there being a whole range of frozen custard on display. The regular ice cream cone is a must-try. Have never had ice cream that fluffy in my entire life!

I can’t believe how fresh and delicious their food is. It is not a typical fast food restaurant. The fish is not processed and tastes like fish I ate in Alaska straight out of the ocean. The chicken is an actual chicken breast full of flavor. Their hamburgers taste like real meat with no fillers and their custard is out of this world. I don’t eat at fast food restaurants, and I don’t consider Culver’s that. It is has real food, not factory food!
