Came in last night to pick up an online order. App told us to go get our food at the pickup counter but the door was locked. Went through the drive thru to get our order. When we got home and unpacked our food I noticed the chilli cheese fries were not chilli cheese fries..Just cheese fries. They were good but not what I ordered

The employees are friendly and fast.
The food is average fast food food. It does the job for a quick meal.
I’ve noticed this location, the dining room always feels cold. The fountain drink area and condiment counter are not the cleanest. There’s pop spilled on the counter, ketchup in cups under the ketchup dispenser. Empty ketchup dispensers. It would also be convenient to have the plasticware (forks/knives) out with the straws/napkins instead of having to wait for an employee to get it.

My last order was a door dash. We were missing our fries. The burgers were so dry. We always have good juicy burgers. Really disappointed

Excellent place to eat with everything being really fresh as they make it when you order it. The cheese curds are delicious. The fish sandwich was good but like most places it needs to be fried a little longer to keep it crisp and so it doesn’t go soggy so quickly. The onion rings here are fantastic.

Culvers responded so I went to their link and filled out their response form. And of course they never followed up. Culvers maybe you should not respond to negative reviews if you don’t intend to actually address anything.
Nothing like getting home to find half your order missing. For the prices of fast food, get it right. I guess have to slow down the line to go through everything with this location.

Stopped in for some pints of custard. Selection was good, but the cashier wasn’t very friendly and when I asked if they could bag my four pints, she got a bag and handed it to me. That’s my job now? Also, two of the pints were only 3/4 full, if that.
