I enjoy the Turtle pints of ice cream. When they are prepared accurately they are AMAZING, however, over the past year they have only been accurate about 25% of the time. They are mostly just vanilla custard with a couple pecans, some flecks of chocolate and a tiny bit of caramel . I have called to let them know, but honestly I’m ready to just give up. They are apologetic and offer to replace them, but I get tired of calling all the time.

Food was great and the people were really nice. I got a single burger combo and it tasted fresh and well made. It’s a little pricey, but that’s kind of expected for good quality food. I always feel good after eating here — the food just tastes clean. Would definitely come back.

This Culver’s was probably the best one I’ve ever been to. They had excellent customer and fast service. I’ve honestly never received a burger before that looked just as good as an advertisement, until now. I went here three times and the food was just like it was advertised every time. Oh, and they were fast! I never waited for more than 5 minutes.

Will not go back here. Ordered Culvers Deluxe Double with bacon through the drive thru. Luckily I had to stop and eat. Absolutely incorrect burger. No bun, no bacon or any condiment whatsoever. All there was, was 2 patties with cheese. Took it back and they “redone” the burger. Got it back to my car. Bottom bun only. Oh and they put the condiments on it too. Still no top bun or bacon. Took it in for a second time. The only thing they did right was offer me a free meal the next time.

Food was just about normal for a Culver’s but service was awful. They give smaller ice cream servings than any other Culver’s I’ve been to. They forgot to add toppings to one of our burgers and rather than remaking it, they just handed up a tray with lettuce, tomato, and pickles.
They had their employees vacuum right next to our table while we were eating.
Just not a great experience.

Ask for the first one that was made for me at a Culver’s in Indianapolis and got the second one after the first one came out looking like a chocolate shake.. I showed the guys the pictures of it, so he goes in and comes out with what I have. I said there were chocolate pieces, just like the picture shows. He says well maybe next time we can do the Dove chocolate.. because I guess he thought I was going to come back and try to get my order right another time. Buddy, I showed you a picture and told you the first time, and the second time, and the third time that there were chocolate pieces in it, not a blended chocolate shake.. to your credit, you try it again.. to your discredit after failing twice, you told me to try again on my next visit. I won’t be back! Thanks anyway!

FAST friendly service! I no sooner paid and another gal was right there with my treat! Great sundae! Lots of pecans! Did just what I asked and gave me light hot fudge on my Turtle Sundae. Would have given 5 stars, but the restroom could have used a little help with the paper towels overflowing in the trash by the sink.
