Absolutely loved this place!! This is definitely a new family go to. I live in Kentucky but no more Kentucky Kingdom or Kings Island. The amenities that are given at this park are wonderful, free drink,parking, sunscreen, good sunscreen at that. And I have to say this is absolutely the cleanest part I’ve ever been to! There were attendance in all the bathrooms cleaning and walking around constantly. Now the water Park area bathrooms and they definitely could use a little bit more work it was a bit gross at times, but it was a water park… Still far better than any of the bathrooms at Disney Kings Island or anywhere else that I’ve ever been. Just be prepared if you ride the wooden roller coasters they will shake you to death. Great for the younger guys but not parents or grandparents lol .

I have ordered the same thing 8 times. Every single time it’s messed up. I order a single butter burger with cheese lettuce onion pickle with extra SWISS CHEESE and every single time I get a SINGLE piece of cheese. I keep thinking that they will get it right this time. But no, every time I order this burger it’s wrong!
I am now convinced that by me ordering A butter burger with Cheese, Onion, pickle, lettuce, ketchup and mayo with EXTRA SWISS cheese Is the definition of insanity at this point! Every time I have to go in and get an extra slice of cheese. That I paid an EXTRA $.30 for…
So to conclude this review, they make excellent food, obviously I wouldn’t have come back eight times to order the same thing expecting a different result! I’ll probably continue to come back and doing the same thing but now I know I’m insane!
Anybody out there that is trying to add stuff to their food. Good luck! check your food before you leave.
I really hope they understand how to use the EXTRA button on their computers soon.

It appears that places like this start off great! However they really disappoint as time goes on. The consistency never remains , the orders are 7 out of 10 when it comes to missing items . It would just be lovely to have a place here that just performs their best and really kept it consistent

This restaurant has repeatedly given me the wrong fried chicken sandwich on prior occasions (surprise). In my experience, if you order a non-spicy fried chicken sandwich, you may easily receive a spicy fried chicken sandwich instead. Alternatively, if you order a spicy fried chicken sandwich, then, in my experience, you may easily receive a non-spicy fried chicken sandwich instead. Employees and management at the restaurant do not seem to be able to keep track of the difference nor care very much (surprise again).
