This is one of my personal favorite fast food resturants in town! The food, price, service, and the cleanest fast food resturant CONSISTANTLY. I cant think of any other place that you can always know each time your not going to disappointed. Also the variety of food to choose from, and especially the custard!

Out of many visits, only one time did I have an issue and they fixed it by mailing a coupon for a free combo. Better service than any other place in town. We ONLY eat Culver’s because I know I’ll never get 2 hour old fries and gross, cold burgers. Since going “Culver’s Only” I’ve had zero meltdowns over food places taking my money.

The fish is cod is very greasy and kinda small for what I paid for it the coleslaw was good I’m not the one to complain but I didn’t get very many fries I feel it may have been the right amount but it just seems very few for what I paid for the meal and it was over $16 was two pieces of fish and coleslaw

3) Well, we gave it another shot. I got 2 pints of flavor of the day last week. It was SUPPOSED to be the crazy for cookie dough – vanilla custard chocolate custard mix with chunks of cookie dough, chocolate fudge, and caramel swirls. It was almost completely plain vanilla in both pints. I hate plain vanilla. Waste of money. PLEASE DO BETTER. Down to one star now. You used to be my favorite place in town. So disappointing.
2) I left my first, 5 star, review up so they can see I’m not just leaving reviews when I’m upset. I’m sad to say this place has definitely conformed and lowered itself to the level of a lot of other places in town. Orders are wrong or missing items and they never actually make it right. I had to drive across town, in traffic, in construction, wasting 20 minutes worth of expensive gasoline to go back for a cup of cheese. Sorry, but dry pretzel bites? No. So yeah, all for a cup of cheese. Did they offer a discount coupon for next time or a small ice cream or even AN APOLOGY? No. Just replaced my bites and gave me cheese. I didn’t bother to ask for anything because that’s not the point but come on. Not even a sorry. That’s pathetic. We won’t be back for a while, if ever. Oh, and to top it off the employees are definitely not as friendly as I stated in my first review. Even going so far as to say they hate the extra hour of work during summer to stay open until 11.
I am thoroughly impressed so far. Not only is the food great and the chocolate custard to die for but Culver’s seemed to be able to find some of the nicest people in town to work there. Everyone is always so nice and happy (to the point my husband thinks it’s a weird cult like feel ) and the drive thru is so nice! Also, they have gotten our order right every time so far! I really hope they stick around.

I have now dined in, taken out, and had food delivered from this location and I have been satisfied every time. The employees are friendly and work with a good sense of urgency. The food has been fresh and hot every time, *including* the time I doordashed it (granted, I was less than a mile away). If every Culver’s operated like this one, we would have them all across the country! Thank you New Castle Culver’s <3

I would like to start off by saying sorry for not noticing the curve was in the bottom of the bag.. now I will say when you look at someone is trying to still or get free food… Not every one is like that. I love the service but when you have to get out of your car to let them know that they forgot 4 pieces of shrimp and the cook sayes if it was a 10 piece you got 10 piece. I know something was wrong as we always get a big box and it was small box and then I noticed that I didn’t see any frie and carves.. I just have to say I go there because 9out of 10 you get what you order and the service is great and it’s a 30 to 90 dollars couple times a week should just give people what they order and pay for and not make them feel like they are trying to get something they didn’t pay for.. get it to gather or you will be just another fast food place…..
