Will NEVER go here again. I am severed a freaking milkshake concrete mixer because they don’t have a menu of the toppings in the drive thru. They say they have fruit, syrups and candies. So my son and I are left pondering what we want. And then they ask if we are done rudely…no we’re still trying to figure out what we want as there is nothing listed. NOT EVERYONE has phones to view the stupid menu and NOT everyone wants to lug there entire family into the dang restaurant for ice cream when they have been out all day. So then I get served soup? Freaking baffling….they are laughing at the window the whole time. Where the hell is management? What a joke…

Waited more than 20 minutes after placing order and paying from drive through window. Directed to park ahead by the street lamp without being given any indication of the wait or why they were running so behind. Better to take longer accepting orders to pace or buy time to deal with issue?

Best location. I came in on a Tuesday and was warmly greeted by everyone as soon as I walked in. The young girl at the register she looked to be around 14 maintained eye contact, smiled the entire time, and was incredibly sweet. I don’t recall her name, but I believe it started with an O. I ordered a cod sandwich along with an ice cream, and everything was great.

Passing through Fort Wayne on my way to see a friend and stopped for dinner. It made me realize the Culver’s at home has never given me fresh cheese curds. Staff was friendly and food came quick AND HOT, no complaints

I don’t like to leave negative reviews & I understand this isn’t fast food. 2 orders of cheese curds and 3 warm shakes shouldn’t take 25 minutes in a drive thru. Went inside to get the shakes remade to be greeted by an army of mindless teenage employees playing on their phones and one poor older fellow who seemed like he was babysitting. I’ll never go to this location again.

Love this place, but this review is solely based on the new Garlic burger they have. What an absolute joke, I didn’t taste a hint of garlic, in fact all I did taste was the overly thick pretzel bun. I had high expectations because everything ive had from Culvers is good, except this burger. I think they need a different bun and definitely need more garlic flavor because it just simply wasn’t present on my burger.

Ordered Spicy Chicken basket ant it took more than 40min to make. By the time it came everyone else at the table had finished eating their meals. Terrible service here tonight. The place was not busy so this was frustrating as we went twice to the till area to ask what is happening with the order. A lot of goofing around of staff that could be heard from the other side of the restaurant instead of serving customers. They also said they lost the receipt and could not fine a receipt with a survey, which I think was a lie because the manager Jimmy didn’t want to get a bad review.

SECOND time now I’ve got a kids meal with fries and order an additional medium onion ring and ended up paying $4 more because someone puts it in as the fries are being subbed for the onion rings. BOTH TIMES I had to pay for a full size fry. For them to tell me that there’s nothing they can do for me. This is absolutely ridiculous couldn’t even order online because it was disabled even though no one was even here. After managing my own restaurant and franchise for 8 years this is freaking insane to make someone wait and pay an upcharge for someone else’s mistake and then for no one to even try to make it right or anything. A 5 minute trip that turned into a 30 minute hassle. Absolutely ridiculous.
Let me add to this multiple weeks later. This is what we consider to be acceptable? This is advertised as flavor of the day this is just sloppy and lazy. Food is too expensive to be serving crappy quality food to people. I sincerely hope Culver’s goes bankrupt.
