This Culver’s is Amazing!! I contacted them on Tuesday, (9/16/25) evening to see if they would be willing to donate Cheeseburger ‘s for National Cheeseburger Day 9/18/25. It was a spur of the moment decision and I knew it was a Longshot. I work for a nursing home near the area and wanted to see if a business would help out doing something for our residents and Staff. Dillon answered the phone and spoke with Lucas and it was amazing collaboration from that moment on. They had to work out the details but in less than 24 hours it was a go!! Thursday morning they provided us with the best Cheeseburgers and what a surprise to my building! The generosity was so overwhelming and the food was hot, fresh and tasty. I purchased the cheese curds while they were loading up every thing for me. Thank you again for blessing us with the fabulous burgers and toppings!!

Everytime I go here its always super good food and always hot when its supposed to be and cold when it should be! I always get the tenders or crispy sandwich and its always hot and fresh. The butter burger deluxe is also a go to! I love the different flavor of the days and what ever the flavor is I’ll order because I know it’s going to taste good.

Every time I go to this Culver’s, the food is ALWAYS subpar. They use old vegetables and my burger is never made fresh. For as much money their burgers are and for the length of time you wait in the drive-thru line, it should be much better.

This is one Culvers ill never go back to! I was in here the other day (its a real pain to get in/out of this Culvers) just to get a double to go. Im out of town and love my local Culvers. My local Culvers hires mainly teenagers, trains them well and I get great service.
I go in, place an order after a decent wait and they put my number on the counter. The whole time the manager is behind the counter helping put together orders. I get being friendly with the kids you manage but he seemed more intent on being buddies with the kids than managing them. After a few minutes one of the kids working there takes my number off the counter, stacks it with the others and gives a small bag to another customer (that was my double cheeseburger). A few minutes later (ive been in here at least ten minutes now) i get asked if i need anything. I say “well im pretty sure you gave my burger to “that” guy. They scramble to make my lonely burger.
In the 10-15 minutes ive been waiting i saw no less than THREE different people come back to the counter with wrong orders. AND saw the little girl who took my order wipe her nose on the back of her hand. These kids are a mess here and seem to have little direction. There was one young lady working the drive-thru who seemed to be juggling everyone elses jobs, and doing it well! Again the manager is more busy being friends and joking with the kids than managing teenagers. After i got my burger i had no problem telling the manager (who apologized for the slow burger) they he greatly needed to Step It Up! I got in the car, got down the road and that burger was barely room temp.
This Culvers needs help from the ground up!

Always good food. But the cost is getting to be too much. Fish sandwich, fries & a one dip Sunday almost $20. And had to pay for a little extra tarter sauce. Really?

Food was good, but it took a very long time to come out. Then, they gave me a single burger even though I ordered a double (my receipt confirms it), and they forgot my child’s chocolate milk. Indeed, they remembered to tear the free ice cream coupon off from the bag, but forgot to give me a milk. Not very cool.

Stopped to get a mini concrete for dessert. It was definitely not what I expect of Culvers. The “custard” had more of the texture of icemilk complete with little balls of frozen ice, it didn’t have any flavor beyond the candy that was mixed in and it left a wierd fatty film on the spoon and in my mouth. I hope this was just a bad batch of custard because Culver’s custard is one of my favorites.

Grilled chicken was a greyish color with a weird taste didn’t finish it was scared I would get sick ; the spicy chicken was burnt and was extremely just hot not a good tasting hot no just burn your tongue off hot. The large onion ring tasted like salt literally just salty onions . And then the wonderful ice cream that was forgot so I go back and get my large mixer with brownie and p butter cups right well I should have known when the guy handed me the cup and couldn’t tell what toppings was in the cup well I have pictures to post showing I definitely didn’t have pbutter cups with brownie they gave me choc.chip cookie dough and brownie. I will post pictures showing this .

I love Culvers, this location has just been really hit or miss for all the things the review asks for. They are good about making things right after the fact, and, for the most part, they replace the food that was wrong and are very kind about it. Occasionally you’ll get somebody who tries to tell you something stupid to cover the mistake not realizing I’ve been there so much and ordered the item enough times to have it named after me and I know it’s wrong. I’ll still be going her, it’s worth the chance and when it’s right it’s delicious!

Fresh hot food and relatively fast for as busy as they are. Dining room is large and clean and the staff are friendly. Amazing butter burgers and always have to get the cheese curds. Frozen custard for the way home. Drive thru can get backed up, but food is prepared as it is ordered. Would visit again.
