So I’ll give two stars because I’m a fan of Culver’s but this fish sandwich definitely doesn’t meet expectations. I know pictures are always fake for fast food. I do t know if pictures does this justice for how small the piece of fish is compared to the bun. Really mostly just tasted bun.

UPDATE: I reached out to The Guest Relations team at the Culver’s Support Center on the same day I visited and I have YET TO RECEIVE ANY CALL OR EMAIL REGARDING THIS INCIDENT !! Not a shocker! You can tell they do not care about their customers !
Very disappointed with my recent visit to Culver’s. There were no cars in front of us, the parking lot was empty, and the dining room wasn’t busy at all—yet we still waited an unusually long time just for a concrete mixer. And when we finally got it, it was the wrong flavor.
We also ordered a banana split, and it was awful. The banana they used was as dark as the pecans. There’s no way that should have been served to a customer. The strawberry sundae we ordered was fine, but the banana split was unacceptable.
Definitely not the level of quality I expect from Culver’s. Hoping management takes this feedback seriously.

Terrible experience. Took about half an hour in the drive thru to get my food. They limited what I could get with my coupon, then overcharged me. My concrete mixer was melting, the burger had the patties and condiments hanging off of the bun and partially stuck to the carton. Sloppy and embarrassing for Culver’s to have location this poor.

Absolutely unacceptable. The lobby floor was dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned, and to top it off there was an employee asleep in the seating area. That’s beyond unprofessional. This place seriously needs management oversight and basic standards of cleanliness. Won’t be back.

Th food and service was great. I ordered online while at the table and a staff member came out to ask me if I wanted extra onions because I accidentally clicked the wrong button. Was very appreciative as I didn’t want it. The food was great for fast food. The restaurant was very busy and noisy as there were a lot of kids.

I’m glad he did one it was so much cheaper per person in lieu of what I would have had to pay at places like Applebees or chilis (his other options)
The food is absolutely freaking mind blowing it’s great quality the quality of food has far outpaced the prices of our selections talking about underselling a product.
I had a mushroom Swiss combo but I opted to use Rhy bread and added bacon to the sandwich. Fries were great but the sandwich omg the flavor..I can’t even describe it.

Yes we are here but this time everything’s wonderful. Super clean, floors were spotless even in the bathroom. 41 bucks for 3 people to eat not terrible, I got the 2 pc cod dinner, way more than I could eat if I had a complaint it would be that the meal doesn’t come with a drink, I guess they can’t afford a 25 cent cup and 15 cents worth of soda with the $14 dollar meal. The bathroom was clean, the lady that rang us up clearly did not want to be here, we didn’t get the feeling like we were welcome, but everyone is entitled to a bad day. Anyway everyone else was super nice and made up for it. Oh hey they do have free wifi so your kids can stick their noses in their phones while you relax some in the AC. My daughter got the Bacon Deluxe double she ate it, I don’t know how cause it was huge and my youngest got a kids meal comes with a 1 scoop custard with one topping that’s a really good deal considering 1 scoop ala cart is 4 bucks and the whole meal is $6.69. Come on in and cool off. The best time of day to eat here is 11 am.

It’s a Culver’s for sure. The burgers are butter and the fries are alright. Staff that checks you in isn’t the one that brings to table but both polite. Atmosphere is that of a fast food place. Everything checks out with a green box ✅
