Placed and order online for just a frozen custard and milkshake. Was suppose to be brought to us. Instead we had to go in there and they just had the ice cream sitting in a freezer for 10 min after our pick up time. Not to mention they weren’t even busy.

When I went inside after recieving a soda that tasted of cardboard in the drive through, when I went inside I was ignored and made to stand waiting for over 5 minutes after I told them what was wrong. I ended up having to toss the soda and waste the money spent. Sad, uncaring service here. The food: they gave me regular chicken instead of spicy like I ordered, and the chicken tenders were bland and rubbery. Won’t be coming back to this location again.

I do not regularly eat at Culver’s however, it was on my way home from the airport. I decided to give it a try. The staff was exceptionally friendly! The food (bacon delux) came out quickly, and it tasted great!
The cheese curds are absolutely top-notch! Best side dish of any fast food establishment, in my opinion. I would definitely eat there again.

This location and the other Kevin Ray owned locations have been skimping people for a long time, small amounts of meat over pressed to look like they are taking the full shape of burgers , Hanging out funky tasting generic sauces filled in cups , then lying about the original sauces being unavailable. Stop giving this crook your money. Hopefully corporate comes down on this terrible warsaw area franchise operator. The culvers outside of this area are pretty good.

We stopped to get ice cream after a show. It was very busy. The line was back to the door. They only had one person on the register and he was new. He had to keep asking for help with the register. All 5 of us were surprised at the size of the portion. It was a very small scoop of ice cream. Less than 1/2 of we would normally get. At least they were consistent everyone had the same tiny scoop.

Culver’s is great! The food is always hot and delicious, but the past few times we have been there the manager…Jessica was absolutely atrocious to the staff! Especially, the younger kids. I have young teens out in the work force and absolutely would not put up with the way she treats them. The higher ups need to take a closer look at the managers on a power trip and maybe knock them down a peg!
