I’ve recently switched to this location because it’s closer to home, but after my experience at 10:00 PM the other night, I’ll be returning to the Main St. location. I placed my order 15 minutes in advance, yet it wasn’t ready when I arrived—it was just sitting in the warmer. I had to argue to get items I had already paid for (and were clearly on the receipt), and the staff acted as though I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. Even though they weren’t busy, the service was begrudging and dismissive. The extra drive to Main St. is worth it for the better service and food quality.
P.S. Culvers management, please don’t respond with some lip service. Action’s perform better then words, fix the problem, don’t tell us about it.

Am I a sucker for Culver’s? Yes. Do I have high standards for Culver’s when I go in? Yes. Is this location another excellent one? Yes.
Another great example of a Culver’s with staff that care about customer service and representing the franchise well. Spotless seating area, clean condiment and drink station, food that was hot and delivered quickly, and friendly staff. I feel like my reviews of Culver’s get pretty repetitive but there’s a reason I keep going back. Great place!

I wait every year for the walleye to come back at Culver’s and I had a walleye sandwich this Tuesday. The batter was the perfect consistency, nice, hot and crunchy. The wait was not long, but they noticed I was anxious and told me it would just be another minute. And boom, just a minute my order is bagged and ready for me to walk out with. Also ordered a strawberry shake that was really good.

Always get the mushroom and Swiss burger. I know they will say this is measured but anyone who gets this is getting it for the mushrooms/garlic flavor they add on it. It’s never been this short with the mushrooms. Also didn’t have much of the garlic sauce they normally put on it. Disappointed is all bc it’s something I wanted for days. I put the pic for comparison of what they advertise vs what you get here.

My fries were cold, not a fan of the coleslaw since it tasted very sweet instead of savory. Their fried fish on the other hand was very very good, full of flavor, and very crispy. Their fried fish. It was FREEZING COLD inside the restaurant. Not a pleasant eating atmosphere when your teeth are chattering from no heat inside the restaurant.

March 2024 Update: Still a solid place to visit. Ate on a Thursday night and every space was filled in the parking lot and probably 80% of the seats were filled. Service was still fast and food was great.
Great visit. I took someone here for a quick business lunch on the way to the airport. He commented how friendly everyone was. Nice job!

Culver’s is really good and they really aren’t fast food in my eyes. They have a much larger selection than your average fat food restaurant. I got the cod sandwich, fries and a bowl of potato soup. When you eat in they bring your order to your table.

I walked into Culver’s & they were taking my order before I knew what I wanted, It was fresh, easy, not overly crowded, nor did I have to wait long for my food. I decided to get my dessert after I ate so I just took the receipt up & get it then. Bathroom was clean as well as parking lot.
