It’s was all extremely FRESH food. The only problem was it was so busy I waited 20 mins for my “to go” food” to be fair the drive through was packed, and another man waited inside for his “food to go” for around a half hour. This is out of the norm for this culvers, it is a great place normally. So I highly recommend this location. Friendly staff, and excellent service.

I’ve been coming to this Culver’s often instead of the Warsaw locations which are much closer, and while the entire staff at this store is consistently friendly and welcoming, Ariana truly stands out. She goes above and beyond every single time. She remembers my name and my order, which might seem like a small thing, but it makes a huge difference and shows how much she cares about the people who walk through the door. Ariana makes this place feel less like a restaurant and more like family. Her positivity, professionalism, and kindness set the tone for the whole staff. Because of her, I always leave with a smile and that’s why I keep coming back. Culver’s is lucky to have her!

I normally have no issues…but I ordered my food and forgot to order cheese sauce(my fault) so I go back around and order JUST 2 cheese sauces. They didn’t hand that out the window and made me put forward for just the sauce. When I finally get the sauce there’s damn near nothing in there. So I waited in line and paid almost $3 for the equivalent of a single sauce container?? Yea I’m annoyed for sure.

Completely dissatisfied with the service as this was our first time ever ordering at a CULVERS. We Sat waiting for over an hour as They served 8 to 9 customers that came after me and my lady and left us hanging for well over an 1hr 15mins. I had to grab there attention about this while they served customers that ordered after us and we watched them come and go. So if you go there beware you may get over looked. Corporate needs to do something about this store in GOSHEN, IN I paid well over 42.00 for our order and no refund to this verry dayyy..
Definitely won’t ever be back and by the looks of these negative reviews they are spot on about this Elkhart Rd location. Corporate needs to take action immediately.
