So I went to Culver’s today with my mom and sister. I got two kids meals one for me and my mom and sister shared one. It was pretty fast service (it only took 5 minutes) and I was happy they got the orders right. I go home with the food to eat. When I opened the bags my burger was squished in half and my ice cream was messy on the bottom. The other kids meal’s fries were soggy and the corn dog was outside of the wrapper in the bag. 2 stars.

I almost exclusively come to this Culver’s location because it is the best!!! Incredible, compassionate, and kind service and fresh and well-made food—I will always choose to come back to this specific location over any others in the area (both in IL and IN) because of how awesome of an experience I have every time. Where is the entrance signs, and arrows. We ordered Togo. They repeated the order at both windows. What we ordered wasn’t what we got. WE ate in car because of covid-19. We ordered 2 fish sandwiches one order of crispy fries no salt and tartar sauce on the side. We got….
Oil taste burnt or old. Barely any soggy lettuce on the sandwiches. Fries were flimsy and highly salted. They put no tartar sauce in the bag. I love the fish sandwiches at Culver’s by 41 and 30. We will not be going back to Culver’s in St. John. It is a bad location to get in and out of.. We will go to McDonald’s a half block down the street for a fish sandwiches for a much better price. And get a couple of apple pies. I have found not all Culver’s are the same quality.

Family and I stopped by for lunch here. We go to Culvers as they have higher standards than your typical fast food joints. Unfortunately, this location fell a bit short of our expectations. We’d go back, but all the available tables were quite dirty. They had been empty since we walked in. We ended up cleaning it ourselves. My sandwich had mayo on it, the grilled chicken sandwich. This sandwich doesn’t come with mayo. I ended up just removing the bottom bun and eating it without. Everything else was pretty good, and we’d still choose them over McDonald’s, Wendy’s, etc.
