Fast food with an ample amount of employees. Tried their Waleye sandwich , which is a special for lent. Very generous size fish filet , very mild fish flavor, but a very bland tasting sandwich. Nothing to get excited about . There grilled Chicken sandwich is ok ,not exceptional. Fries and fish filet are very greasey. Custard daily special was chocolate strawberry, and again , looked better in the photo than it actually was or tasted. Not terrible, but a Disappointing lunch experience.

There are a lot of unique Burger adjacent options here in addition to the actual burgers and sandwiches you would find at other chains. And what’s more of those options are prepared well and are tasty like a greasy spoon diner.
But at this location I was blown away by the exceptional service. I had customized my sandwich and thought that one of the ingredients had been overlooked so they quickly remedied the issue. As I was eating I found that I missed where my tomatoes were hiding. I had taken a shot of a Culver’s plushie on the back counter, and one of the staff noticed my interest and thought I was looking for a menu. When I pointed out that I was just taking a picture of the plushie, they asked if I wanted it, and I said sure! I also ordered a large seasonal pumpkin shake, and decided to split it with my friend so I asked for an extra cup, and they went above and beyond to make the large, then split it into two equally sized smaller cups and with lids so that we could take our dessert with us.
Just phenomenal service!

Awesome service, food was served quickly, fish is always delicious. The chili was just ok. The Mac n cheese was horrible! Very plain tasting. Still love Culver’s though!!

Both my husband’s and my sandwiches came out with burnt buns. When we brought this to their attention, rather than replace the sandwiches they wanted to push back asking if we wanted new buns or new sandwiches, seriously? Just remake the food. The whole thing left a burnt taste in my mouth, anyway. When manager came out, I ended up asking for a refund because at that point, I had lost my appetite, at which point she only refunded my sandwich, not both as she should have. Terrible food, Terrible service, except for the gentleman who actually tried to get our food replaced for us, an older, thin, black man. Kudos to him, just wish I had caught his name.

The ladies restoom is too small and one of the bathroom doors is broken and won’t close.
The cashier who took our order was giving us the Gen Z stare, did not repeat back our order, and had absolute TERRIBLE customer service. This was honestly one of the worst Culver’s I’ve ever visited.
Once we received our order, I discovered that two out of the four meals were incorrect. My child ordered a kids meal with a burger and very clearly stated she wanted cheese, pickle, and lettuce only. The receipt said “WORKS” even though it wasn’t what we ordered and it had cheese, onion, pickle, ketchup, mustard, and no lettuce…
I ordered the two-piece buffalo tenders and received the plain tenders. I have no idea why! And all these errors could have been avoided if she had better listening skills and/OR repeated our order to us.

Waited 30 minutes to get 2 cheeseburger and 2 fries. Saw 5 other people get a refund due to long wait times. The manger had no control of her employees and very unprofessional with customers. After 30 mins most of the fries were still burnt

It’s a shame how downhill this place has gone over the last couple years. If there’s more than two cars in the drive thru there’s a good chance they’ll forget about your order entirely unless you go in and remind them after 10-15 minutes. Consistently forget your sauce and drinks as well. Even if they don’t forget something you’re still left frustrated because of how long it takes to prepare something. You can be the only person at the restaurant and it’ll still take them a minimum of 10 minutes for them to bring out your order. None of the other restaurants in town suffer from these issues either. I can handle messing up here and there or having to wait when it’s busy, but this location consistently underperforms in providing customer service. The employees also tend to be incredibly rude.

Absolute rip off. $32 for 2 meals. I will never come here again. Business acts like they are a high end restaurant when they are simply a fast food joint. I remembered why I have not come here for more than 5 years and will never come again. I can see why they have 10 workers staring at us walking in as they don’t get business. I’d rather starve than get ripped off. I should heave walked. Do yourself a favor or got sit down at a real restaurant and spend about the same for better food.

Waited 8 minutes 19 seconds for a single order. Had to go in to get it. No one took responsibility. Nice management. And I paid over $13 for this garbage. My bun is so old it crumbled in the container. The top bun stayed together because I added mayo to the dry sandwich.

Was staying across the street at the country suites placed my order for online pick up not only was it fresh but made exactly in time no rush no stress good team with a great customer sevice. Placed it for 7pm had it ready at 6:57 nice and fresh thanks!
